I slowly walked down the now familiar hospital corridors, I had finally been discharged but Christian hadn't. Kate and Elliot stayed with me at my flat, I was afraid to be alone considering Rory was still on the loose.

I tapped on the door lightly and was welcome by his normal glare.

"Wow, don't look to happy to see me.", He pursed his lips and half smiled. "Are you ok?", He nodded slowly, I could see straight away he was uncomfortable. I tucked my hands around his neck and plumped his pillows up.

"Thank you.", He stated.

"Now your speaking.", I pulled the chair closer and intertwined our fingers. "Remember when we were back in Seattle and you said you wanted to get away, just us?", He nodded as I continued. "Well, when you are better I want us to do that.", He smirked and stroked my hand.

"That sounds good.", He wiped his face and spoke again, "The doctor came in last night, they are sure I'm going to need physiotherapy on this arm.", I raised my eyebrows and heavily sighed.

"I'm sorry.", I kissed his hand and realised how lucky I was still to have him here.

"You have nothing to be sorry for.", He reassuringly rubbed my shoulder and smiled.

"I do. You warned me so many times, Christian. If I had left him earlier or in a better way then maybe we wouldn't be sitting here.", He dropped his head and gazed back up.

"The guy has lost his mind, you cannot blame yourself for that.", I dropped his hand and shook my head.

"I lied to you.", He narrowed his eyes and raised one eyebrow.

"What do you mean?", His voice became quieter, fuck.

"The night I got back home from Seattle. God, I was just thinking and I looked over at the picture of me and Rory.", Saying his name made me sick. "I decided I didn't want it anymore, I was about to throw it away but he had written a message on it.", Christian gulped and his eyes widened.

"What did he say?", His tone was now different, he was furious.

"He said he hopes I'm happy with you, then he went onto say he knows your a dominant.", Christian shot up and furrowed his brow.

"What?", He snapped.

"Christian, you are still not right. Lay down.", He pushed my hand away and glared at me intensely.

"How does he know?", He questioned.

"I then walked into my bedroom and he had trashed the room, all that was left on the bed was our contract.", He shook his head.

"How did he find the fucking contract, Anastasia?", I dropped my head and ran a rough hand through my hair.

"I left it under my bed.", He sat up, I couldn't even look at him.

"A confidential contract and you leave it under your bed. Anastasia, how could you be so stupid? You should have shredded it!", He screamed at me making me jump.

"I'm sorry.", I whispered.

"That protects me, Anastasia. Do you realise this psychopath is on the loose with information about me? This could ruin everything.", He punched the mattress with his good hand.

"I'm sorry.", That's all I could manage, I tried to grab his hand but he slapped mine away. "Christian, please?", He wouldn't even look over in my direction.

"Please, get out. I'm exhausted.", He shut his eyes tightly and faced away from me, I stood up and kissed his forehead.

"I love you.", He didn't move a muscle, he was truly pissed at me. I grabbed my coat and made my way down to the canteen where Kate and Elliot were waiting.
