"Anastasia when did you find out?", He voice seemed so calm but I could tell he was furious, I hugged my legs and shut my eyes tightly.

"When I woke up in hospital after the gas explosion, he came in just after you left and told me.", Christian grimaced and clenched his fists.

"Why didn't you tell me?", His eyes were full of sorrow, I heavily sighed and knew I had ruined everything.

"Because I was so afraid of losing you, I still am.", He covered his face with his hands and began pacing once more, my fifty looked defeated.

"I want to kick and scream and smash everything in sight, Anastasia. However, I think what will that achieve? I'm not sure anything can help the way I am feeling now.", I instantly sobbed, seeing him broken like that.

"Christian, please. I'm so sorry.", I wiped my tears away quickly and stood, I grabbed his hands and placed them on his chest whilst intertwined with mine.

"Ana, please do not cry.", He dropped my hands and swiped away a tear with his thumb, I leant into his touch but he dropped his hand once again. "I'm so sorry he has done this to you, I'm going to find him, Ana. I promise you, he will not be walking this earth for much longer.", Christian folded his arms and shut his eyes tightly.

"Christian, please look at me.", I asked, he hesitated for more than a few seconds and eventually he glanced at me. "What now?", I questioned.

"Anastasia, I need time to think.", I felt my heart almost cave in at his words. I couldn't lose him and I knew I couldn't endure that heartache all over again.

"We can work this out, Christian. I'm so sorry, this is all my fault.", I ran my thumb over my lips nervously and began pacing the kitchen.

"A sick and twisted barstard did this to you, like I said I'll take care of it but I'm not blaming you.", I wiped the remaining tears away and just felt emptiness.

"It makes me more sick that I cannot even remember, Christian. God I'm so stupid, I ruined everything.", He heavily sighed and grabbed my hand hard.

"Please stop blaming yourself. Doesn't matter if you are drunk or not, no man has the right to claim you when you do not give consent.", I gulped, I watched him carefully. His eyes were watching the floor and his jaw was tightened, his shoulders were slumped and his hair tousled.

"It wasn't never proven, Christian. I never had evidence that the baby was his but when he told me and he was so graphic and sinister with his words. I only remember flashbacks, I kept blacking out. He was in my apartment that night...", I felt a tear drop down onto my cheek, I took a deep breath and continued. "I don't know how I can make this up to you.", His head snapped up, he scoffed before shaking his head.

"So you first told me that the baby wasn't mine ten minutes ago and now you are telling me it's a fifty - fifty chance that it's mine? Fuck me, Ana. You cannot make this up to me, I don't think I could ever look at you the same way again. You lied to me, I grieved with you but you knew there was a chance that the baby wasn't mine?", He was furious now, he grabbed his jacket and rummaged down the pockets.

"Christian, please don't do this. I'm sorry, how could I tell you the truth when I did not know myself?", He wasn't looking at me at all, his nostrils flared while he still went down his coat pockets.

"I do not want to hear it. You are just as fucked up as he is!", He pulled a box from his coat and chucked it on the kitchen counter I was leaning on. "I bought this ring in London just after our picnic, you fell asleep when we got back so I ventured out and saw this ring.", I gasped and grabbed the box, he was going to propose to me?
