Here's a longer chap. Let me know what you think in the comments, like and enjoy!

When Caera opened her eyes she found herself standing on soft ground. She could see high grass reaching up to her thighs everywhere. White little flowers sticking out here and there. She looked around, confused. ‘Where is everyone?’ she thought, reaching out to Devlin and Faolan in her mind.

‘I’m currently standing on a very, very, very high pillar.’ Devlin answered her call. ‘Good thing I can fly ‘cause there’s absolutely no way anyone would be able to climb off of this thing.’

‘I’m standing in the middle of what seems to be a valley. Can you see anyone from that high?’ Caera asked him.

‘All I see is wasteland, everywhere.’ he sounded kind of sad.

‘Faolan?’ Caera asked.

‘I hear you.’ Faolan answered, his voice making her feel at ease. ‘I think I’m standing in some sort of glass maze.’

‘Can’t you cheat and jump on the walls or something?’ Caera asked him.

‘No can do. The walls are too high for me to jump on.’

Suddenly a voice sounded through the air.

‘Find your reflection and the way back shall open.’ It was mister Yuri who spoke to them.

‘Okay, quick recap.’ Caera said resolutely. ‘We were all seeing another person in the mirror before we got sucked into this parallel universe or where ever we are. So I think it’s safe to say that who we saw in the mirror is in the same place as we are. All we need to do is find him or her.’

‘Sounds legit.’ Devlin answered. ‘Then I need to find Alanah.’

‘And I’ll go looking for Kyiana.’ Faolan said.

‘Be sure to find her, Faolan. She’s my best friend so don’t you dare let anything happen to her.’

‘Yes m’am.’ Faolan saluted, though Caera couldn’t see. ‘But if she is your best friend then what am I to you?’

‘I thought I was your best friend?’ Devlin pouted.

‘I’m sorry guys. I love you both very much but nothing can beat the friendship I have with Kyiana. We’ve been together almost all our lives. She’s like a sister to me.’

‘Fine,’ Faolan said in an acted angry voice. ‘but I’m not gonna forgive you for this. You’ll pay, mark my words.’

Caera giggled. ‘Consider them marked.

‘Faolan is right, Caera. You better give me a big hug to make me feel better when we get out of here or it won’t be your best day.’

‘Deal. Now lets go find our reflection.’ And with that said, the three took off. Caera running blindly ahead hoping for the scenery to change, Devlin let his wings come out and dove off the pillar, scanning the ground for Alanah and Faolan shifted into his wolf form, took a right and ran through the maze sniffing for Kyiana.

In the meanwhile Tyler found himself standing in the middle of a forest. He had just learned how to get out of there from mister Yuri. He had no choice but to find Kseniya. Tyler sighed.

‘Why did I have to be paired up with that obnoxious little brat who thinks she’s all that.’ He took another look around. The forest didn’t seem much out of the ordinary. Except for the minor detail that the mushrooms in it were the same size as him.  He looked up to see the top of the trees kilometers above him.

‘Where the fibbles did that mirror bring me.’ Tyler decided to climb up the tree for a little, maybe from above he would be able to find out which way to go. He might even see Kseniya, preferably dangling on a tree with one leg stuck between some branches.  He snickered at the thought. Quickly he climbed the nearest tree with ease. It took him about ten minutes to get even one third up to the top, but at least he could see a lot further than on the ground.

There was nothing but trees, bushes, mushrooms,... the usual things you can find in a forest. Only a lot bigger. Tyler wanted to climb higher in the hope to find a clue, but found someone blocking his way up.  A squirrel as big as he was, was holding on to the bark of the tree, facing down at Tyler, sniffing him.

‘Well hello there, little friend.’ he said surprised. ‘Uhm… maybe not so little, but hopefully still a friend.’ The squirrel made a cute sound and pushed his nose to Tyler’s cheek. ‘I’m guessing that’s a yes.’ he laughed. ‘Perhaps you could help me out here.’ He looked around. ‘If you were an annoying little girl who was sucked into a strange world where everything is much bigger than your attitude, if remotely possible, where would you be hiding?’ He looked back at the squirrel, but it wasn’t there anymore. ‘So much for helping me out.’ Tyler sighed.

All of a sudden the ground started shaking. ‘An earthquake?’ Loud thuds sounded throughout the forest and with every thud the ground shook harder and harder. Tyler used all his power to hold onto the tree. When the shaking and the noise stopped, he finally had some time to look around and to see what caused all that ruckus. He turned his head around just in time to see an enormous glass object coming his way. But his reaction to it came too late. He had been caught inside a glass jar. A giant man screwed on the lid before Tyler could even try to get out. The holes in the lid were big enough to fit two of his fingers through, but there was no way out for him. The giant started walking, emanating that loud thudding noise again, shaking the ground.

‘Look! I’ve caught one too!’ The giant screamed. The sound was so overbearing for Tyler, even with his hands covering his ears he would still hear it. From behind several trees more giants appeared. A woman, a young girl and a small boy. The small boy was still ten times as big as Tyler was, at least. Tyler saw the young girl holding a similar jar as he was in. In the jar he could see a human girl, she was trying to hold herself standing by the side of the jar. He guessed her to be about his age. Her dark hair had a blue shine on it and was falling to the bottom of the jar as she tried hard not to fall over. The giant girl ran to the giant man, shaking the jar violently on her way. Not on purpose of course, but the little girl in the jar must have felt scrambled by the rough movements. Tyler could see the fear written on her face.

‘Let me see! Let me see, daddy!’ The giant girl shouted. Tyler could feel the jar lower and found himself staring in the big, blue eyes of the giant girl. ‘I think it’s male.’ she said, with a know-it-all attitude. ‘The one I have is female.’ The giant girl had short blond hair tied back with a light blue ribbon. It matched the light blue dress she was wearing. Tyler guessed she was seven years old. ‘I wanna shee twoo, papa.’ the little boy ran towards Tyler, making smaller, but still very loud thuds sound. Tyler was lowered to the ground even more so the little boy could watch him. The little boy looked a lot like his sister. Blond hair, blue eyes. He wore a brown pants, a white shirt and a gilet that matched his pants. Tyler thought the boy had to be three or four years old at most. If he wasn’t that enormously big for a kid, Tyler could have said he was cute. But being so little in front of the giants, was quite overwhelming. The giants starting walking together, away from where Tyler had entered this world. After a few minutes of being shaken with every step the giants took, a nice cottage came into view. The closer they got, the more the cottage appeared like a castle to Tyler. It was huge. The giants walked through the door, up the stairs and into the second room on the right. It was a pink room with a big dollhouse in the middle of it. Though the size was so big it would count as a normal human house in the Human World. Tyler and the girl were let out of the jar and put into that dollhouse.

‘You have to take good care of your pets, Ariënné.’ The giant man spoke to the giant girl. ‘You have to feed them, and give them water and make sure you always keep your dollhouse locked so they can’t escape. You know how hard these are to find.’

‘Yes, daddy.’ the girl obediently replied.

‘Come on Mátiz, let’s go play a game.’ the giant man and woman took the little giant boy out of the room.

‘But I wanna pway wif the petsh twoo.’ He whined.

‘Maybe later, but now they have to get used to their new home.’ the giant woman shushed him.
