Chapter 26 - Baking Experience

-Chapter 26-

"Jake and Ashley, A+." Ms Kinlet announced and I smiled at Jake. Our cake tasting was pushed back for a week and here we are. The teacher took down something and went off to try Aaron and Evelyn's cake.

"At first when I got paired with you, I was hoping you could bake well. I totally forgot you do it as a job. Silly me." I told Jake.

"What kind of cake do you like?"

"I love cheese cake. And you?"

"I like all cakes." he laughed.

"Which is the easiest to bake?"

"No idea. Sponge cake maybe? They all are the same. Just some have different technique you have to know." he explained.

Our cake baking experience at his house was pretty 'interesting'.

-Flashback-

"No seriously, seperate the egg whites."

"Okay okay. What do I do after that?" I asked.

"Just mix it. Until the bater is mix equally." Jake said and I followed his instructions carefully.

"You're cute when you wear that apron." I said and he narrowed his eyes.

"Are you calling the school's bad boy cute? You have got to be joking."

"Really. The apron looks cute on you." I smirked.

"No." he tapped his finger on my nose.

"Eww you got flour on my nose."

"Isnt that my plan?" he laughed.

"You're so going down!" I said and pour a cup of flour in his shirt when he turned around.

"Dont make me pour egg on your hair." he threaten with two eggs in his hands.

"Okay okay. Stop. At least we're even." I laughed.

"Even? I put a little flour on your nose while you pour a whole cup of it in me. Whole cup! How is that even?"

"It sounds even to me." I shrugged, still laughing.

"Oh is that how you want it to be?" he said coming close to me with a egg in his hand, forcing me to move backwards and finally my back touching the wall. I pushed him backwards causing him to drop the eggs on the floor.

I used the opportunity to run but the floor was slippery and I could not get far before he caught up to me. He picked me in and swung me above his shoulder making me face his ass. I started slapping his playfully ordering him to put me down.

"You want me to put you down?" he asked with a playful tone. 

"Be careful of what you wish!" he gave me an evil laugh and put me down on the couch. He started to tickle me. 

"No! Stop STOP PLEASE!" I struggled to yell and wriggled around trying to break free but he was fast and pinned me down.

He was so close to me and my heart beat accelerated, butterflies erupted in my stomach. His nose was only one centimetre away, and as I looked into his blue eyes, I could feel my body heating up. He was so close to me and we were about to kiss. I was longing for his lips to touch mine after the day we had detention. He made sparks fly and the whole world to stop moving with his kiss. He moved forward and I closed my eyes waiting for it but as his lips brushed mine, he pulled back sighing.
