Nico's P.O.V

I sit on the deck of the Argo 2, a day before the end of the world. I see Piper and Jason smiling and watching the sunset. Hazel and Frank are being Frazel and feeding Arion. I'm going to die tomorrow and I know it...and everyone will be safe, Percy and Annabeth will escape Tartarus alive and the love of my life will eventually date someone and forget about me. The love of my life being the weirdo Leo Valdez. I see him head out of the steering room and see me. "What's wrong?" He asks. "Nothing" I say, sighing. He rolls his eyes and sits next to me. "You know...tomorrow is the day we kill dirt lady, and I want to spend my maybe last day of life with someone I love...you know" He says and I nod, looking at the floor. "You need sleep Di angelo, I ain't gonna let you die because you are too tired" Leo says. "I can't be bothered going to that room, and anyway the nightmares...they will just wake me up" I say. Leo puts an arm around me. "Singing and warmth get rid of nightmares, I'll help you sleep" Leo says. I rest my head on his shoulder. "So, depressing, calm song for the boy of death...I got it" Leo says and I smile.

He sings and I begin to fall asleep, his voice luring me to sleep.

"but not Jason Grace, we don't need to interrupt him and beauty queen" He says and I begin to laugh, what the hell is he managing to do to me?

He kisses my forehead and pulls me closer to him, and I begin to blush.

He stops singing and I feel his finger tracing something up my arm. It feels like words. He repeats it over and over again until I can feel what he is writing...I love you. "My amor...we are gonna live tomorrow, and forever happy" Leo whispers and kisses my head. "love you too mi amore" I whisper and his breathing hitched. I open one of my eyes to see him blushing. "Boyfriend?" Leo asks and I nod. He leans down and kisses me and I hear cheering and gasping of shock. He smiles and I instantly smile back, and I have smiled ever since.
