Percico/Leico- Alarm

Nico's P.O.V

I lie in bed staring at the ceiling, my mind racing with random thoughts. Percy is fast asleep next to me and I sigh. We have changed from the moment we got back from the war. He became more reckless and more wild while I became less careful and less emotional. I see a light and see Percy's phone and pick it up. I see a number I'm familiar with, Annabeth's. He cheated on her with Drew and then me.

Annabeth: hey ;)

I unlock the phone and go through it to see pics...messages and I lock the phone back. I sit up and Percy rolls over in his sleep, a frown on his face. I grab my phone and text Jason.

Nico: Hey...

Jason: You ok? What are you doing awake at 3am??

Nico: I'm fine...I need help

Jason: with what? Did Percy get drunk again??

Nico: No...he's been messaging Annabeth

Jason: oh gods... Nico, I'm sorry

Nico: You're not the cheater

I feel weird and then I see Leo's number ringing me. I head into the bathroom and answer the call. Leo sounds like he is in a car and I hold back a sob. I've not cried in years but I should have expected this from Percy. "Pack your things...he's not going to hurt you again" Leo says and I hear a growl. "Ok...I trust you" I say and Leo chuckles. I smile and wipe my eyes and stand up. "He'll never lie to you again" Leo says and he hangs up the phone. I get up and begin grabbing a couple of things. I hear a knock at the door and I hear footsteps. I notice Percy gone and I race downstairs with a suitcase. I see a smashed vase and I see Leo's hair beginning to smoke. All eyes are focused on me. Both look murderous and dangerous. I grip my suitcase handle tighter and Leo throws his car keys at me and I catch them, my hands shaking. Percy is glaring at me. "What the fuck is going on?" Percy asks and Leo growls and I try to find something to protect myself with. "You can't just leave after all we've been through!" Percy yells. Alarms go off in my head as I see images of Annabeth and him together. My hands clench into fists and I try to forget the image. I should've been more careful with Percy...but instead I became more vulnerable and lost myself on the way. "Leo, let's go" I say and Percy's sea-green eyes turn darker and murky and all of a sudden Leo's nose is bleeding. Percy looks like a wild animal and Leo growls and punches back. I think of what to do until I hear a bang. A lifeless body on the floor, blood staining the white carpet. My eyes widen as smoke from the small hand gun floats in the air, dancing a dance of victory in taking a life. I stare at the man holding the gun.

I put my suitcase in Leo's car and go back inside to see him dragging the others body outside and I smile as I see that goofy smile. The gun is laying on the floor. Leo sets his hand on fire and sets fire to the wall as we leave the house towards his place. I smile as I stare out the window and ignore all the alarms running in my head.
