Nico's P.O.V

I see the monsters and for once they aren't just in my head. I see the clouds rumble and turn the world dark. No sunlight. I pull out my sword and begin fighting them. I see Leo and he winks at me and I smile and blush, yes we're friends, and we both like each other but we know that we can't love someone without hurting them and us so we keep hiding it. I stab a monster and he turns into dust. I see a monster begin to shapeshift and my eyes widen as it looks exactly like Jason and it walks up to Piper and grabs her neck and throws her. I almost trip as I begin running towards Hazel and push her out of the way as a monster strikes and blood runs down my back and I stab the monster and I help Hazel get to Frank and they escape along with other campers, the youngest ones. I feel the blood run down my back and I sigh. I see Leo begin to set monsters on fire and he looks so determined to protect us all, just like he did on the Argo 2, he better not fucking sacrifice himself again or else I will drag him out of hell myself. I see Leo next to me suddenly and he stabs the monster behind me and smirks at me and I smile at him. "You doing ok Neeks?" Leo asks and his voice sounds a bit deeper. "Yeah, what about you asshat?" I ask and Leo chuckles and he stabs a monster and looks at me and smiles as he stabs me. My eyes widen and I see Leo's hand change slowly. I close my eyes and slice off the shapeshifter's head. I sigh and keep fighting, I am not gonna give up. The battle stops and I see Percy cradling Annabeth and I fall down, bleeding badly. I look up and see Leo and my eyes widen and fill with tears. His body is lying on the ground, I see blood pouring from his wounds. I drag my body over to his, I crawl along the ground, dragging my broken leg behind me. I see his eyes that I fell in love with, full of life, begin to get dimmer. "Leo, look at me Leo" I say and hear his soft whimpers of pain as he looks at me and I pull him so his head is in my lap. My heart begins to crack. "N-Neeks" he whispers and I stroke his hair. "It's ok, we'll get you a doctor and you'll be fine" I say and look around for help. "HELP!" I yell and Leo's bloody hand holds mine. He smiles at me and chuckles. "You look pretty" Leo says and I sigh and smile at him and yell for help again. "You're delusional Leo" I say and he smiles and he looks into my eyes and his hand touches my face and I sigh and feel tired. "I...may not get the chance, but I really wanna take you on a date" Leo says and he smiles and I feel the tears and I smile. "I would love that" I say and hold his closer to me. I see the rest of the seven running but it may be too late, please say it's not too late. Leo tries to move and I lean down and he kisses me. I grip his shirt, as if I let go, I'll lose him. I have never felt this feeling, my heart beats rapidly. We pull away and he looks into my eyes. "I love you..." Leo says and he tries to close his eyes but I make him looks at me and his thumb strokes my cheek. "I love you too, please just stay awake a minute longer Leo, it's going to be fine" I say and he sighs and the pressure of his hand on my face lightens and I look down to see those eyes full of love and fire, full of hidden sadness and happiness...they are now dim, lifeless and lightless. I burst into tears and cry into Leo's chest, hearing silence where there was once a heartbeat. I feel a hand on my shoulder and I see Percy and Jason and I look back to Leo and know I can't love anyone else...I just want Leo back here. I cry and hold him closer, not ready to let go of the love of my life.
