Leico- Hold on

Nico's P.O.V 

I sigh, looking down at the ocean. I smile down at the waves and feel warmth. I turn around and see Leo stood next to me, back on the railings, facing the deck. "Sup Neeks" Leo says and I roll my eyes at the nickname. "Hello Leo" I say and he smirks and turns his head to look at me. He chuckles. "You know, being cold just makes you sexier" Leo says and winks at me. I glare at him and stand up straight. "And when you talk it decreases my ability to put up with you..." I say. My face is going red, oh no. Leo sighs and looks at the deck. His smirk falters. "You know neeks...I wonder what it's like" Leo says and I glance at him and turn around to see what he is looking at. I see Percy and Annabeth talking, cuddling...smiling. "Wonder about what?" I ask, my voice getting smaller, watching them. "What is undying love like" Leo asks and I sigh and fold my arms. "I wish I could tell you" I say, almost a whisper. He looks at me and I see a genuine smile. I smile back and he winks at me and I roll my eyes. "Well done on killing the mood Valdez" I say and he smirks. "Oh, so my charm was working?" Leo says and smirks, leaning close to me, raising an eyebrow. "Not anymore you asshat" I say and chuckle. He sighs and we stand there. "NICO! I NEED YOU!" Hazel yells and I look at Leo, seeing our hands close. I sigh and go to move, but I feel his hand touch mine. "Erm...I was wondering..." Leo says and I pull away from him and kiss his cheek. "Save it for after Valdez" I say and walk off, going bright red. I feel the ship getting hotter. 

I sigh and look at Leo stroking Festus. He is talking to him. I walk over and smile. "Hey hot head" I say and he turns around. He grins. "Neeks! We were just talking about you!" Leo says and pulls me into a hug. I sigh and hug him back, not wanting to let go. I smile. "Better not have been negative Valdez" I say and fold my arms. Leo chuckles and pats Festus's nose. Festus groans and I smile as Leo blushes. "No...Not negative at all" Leo says and he gives Festus a look as Festus groans. Leo's nose begins to spark in flames and I giggle. His nose suddenly goes full fire and I laugh. He pats it out. "Hey...so what did Hazel want?" Leo asks and I sigh. I look at the floor. "Hazel needs me to get something with Percy and Annabeth" I say and Festus groans and suddenly hits Leo with his snout. Leo glares at Festus and looks at me, blushing. "Can I come with?" Leo asks and he smiles. I nod and suddenly his hand is in mine, just like earlier. I smile. "Can't let you be the third wheel, that's usually my job" Leo says with a smile and I smile as Festus groans. "We're setting off in the morning, you better get some sleep Leo...don't want to have to carry you" I say and Leo smirks and fake salutes me. I roll my eyes and let go of his hand. "Goodnight Leo" I say and leave down to my room. 

I walk with Leo, Annabeth and Percy planning behind us. I begin to see darkness. I begin to shiver, the hairs on my arm standing up. I try to slow my breathing. Suddenly an arm is around my waist and I look up and see Leo's hair on fire. "Hey, no darkness!" Leo says with a smirk and I roll my eyes. "I don't mind the darkness, I am the prince of darkness Valdez!" I say and Leo chuckles. "Yeah yeah, just let me be your own personal handsome torch" Leo says and I sigh. "You've got the handsome bit wrong" I say and Leo looks at me and fakes shock. I hear Percy chuckle. "You're a slightly attractive torch, now shush yourself and hurry up so I can go back to sleep" I say and Leo smirks and pulls me closer to him. I feel my blush growing and his fire hair begins growing as well. I look and see a giant cave and I sigh. I see monsters, small one's creeping about. Annabeth pulls out her knife and Riptide appears. I pull out my sword as I see a giant snake at the bottom of the cave, but the thing we need is on the other side. We begin walking against the wall, sideways. Annabeth is leading us. I sigh and look down at the snake. Suddenly I feel something touch my leg in the dark, but I can't see it. I try to kick it off but it doesn't move. "Leo?" I ask and suddenly the floor caves in. I begin to fall. I close my eyes and suddenly my arm is yanked. I look up and see Leo, grabbing my hand. He looks terrified. "Nico, Percy fucking do something!" Leo hisses, trying to be quiet. Leo tries to pull me back up and I feel a slight ledge. I place my foot on it and it breaks. Leo's eyes widen as I hear movement. "Fuck! Annie, the snake is awake!" Leo hisses at Annabeth. Percy is running to get the thing. Annabeth looks at Leo. "What? I didn't hear you" Annabeth says and I look down and see the snake moving up towards me, mouth open. "ANNIE! FUCKING SNAKE!" Leo yells and looks at me. "Leo, it's okay, get that thing and go" I say. Death is near. Leo growls and Annabeth is also reaching down. I can't reach. "I'm never letting you go Di Angelo" Leo says and I sigh and begin to focus on breathing as I feel Leo pulling me up. I cling to his arm with both hands and try to scale the wall. "I GOT IT!" Percy yells and I feel a snap beneath me and look to see the snake right below me, mouth closed, part of the wall beside me missing. "PERCY SHUT THE FUCK UP!" I yell and look at Leo as he struggles. I grab onto the side of cavern and Annabeth helps me over as we begin running, Leo gripping my hand.

I sigh, sat in the crow's nest, looking down. I see Leo and he looks up at me and waves. I smile. "NEEKS! I NEED YOU FOR SOMETHING!" Leo yells and I sigh. It's late at night, what does he want. I begin moving down, but my leg is still injured from the cave when it bashed the wall. I suddenly slip and begin falling. FOR FUCKS SAKE THIS IS NOT MY DAY! I try to grip onto something, but I feel arms wrap around me and look and see Leo, just caught me. "You need to stop falling for me Nico, my arms are hurting from catching you" Leo says with a grin and I sigh as he puts me down. "You're the reason I keep falling, stop distracting me" I say and Leo smiles and he grabs my hand and pulls me towards the rails and I see lights, jellyfish all lighting up, the stars shining above us. "I got Percy to do it, pretty cool huh?" Leo says and I look at him. He smiles at me and I sigh. "You almost made me break my leg to look at fish, when we are on a boat, in the ocean" I say and Leo scratches his neck. "But they light up!" Leo says and I chuckle and move closer to him. "Whatever you say Leo" I say and he sighs and I see a blush. I look at him and he clears his throat. "Neeks, what does your future look like?" He asks and I sigh and I can't think of anything. "I don't know, what about you" I ask and his blush goes deeper. Suddenly I am pulled into his side. "You" he says. I look at him and he won't look at me. I move and face him. He lets go of me and I sigh, reaching out and holding his hand. "Neeks...I would risk everything for you...but" Leo stutters and I look at him. "I would want a future that we chose, together" I say and he looks into my eyes. "You're clowning? I'm dreaming? Are you serious?" Leo asks and I rolls my eyes and squeeze his hand. He grins. "So this is real? You like me?" Leo asks, grinning and I sigh and look at him. "Leo, stop ruining the mood and kiss me you loveable idiot" I say and his body begins getting hotter. He pulls me close to him and smiles. "Whatever you want Neeks" Leo says and he kisses me. I wrap my hands around his neck, pulling him closer. He pulls me closer, his hands on my waist. I feel him smile against my lips and I smile back. I hear Festus groan and I chuckle as Leo goes bright red. "FESTUS!" Leo yells and I laugh. He looks at me and I see genuine affection and love in his eyes. "I...I think I can answer your question" I say and he looks at me, confused. "The question of would you be my boyfriend?" Leo asks and my face goes red. "Not that one, but that answer is yes...I meant the...undying love question...from yesterday" I stutter and Leo blushes bright red, his nose setting on fire. "Oh...so you do love me? I knew it!" Leo says, grinning and I roll my eyes. "Leo, I just kissed you, and I want to do it again, of course I love you" I say and Leo smirks and I sigh, burying my face into his neck. Oh Gods! He hugs me and rests his chin on the top of my head. "Love you" Leo says and I smile. A future with him seems to be what I need.
