Sorry I haven't updated in a while I've been busy studying for exams and got a bit stuck when I tried to write but now I've managed to finally write this chapter!

If you've recently gone through a breakup then you might like some of the songs dedicated to Callan, I've found they've helped me a lot.

The best one, for me, is 'Worth the Pain' by Letters From The Fire which I've attached above.

I'll also put the rest in the chapter called 'Songs' if you want to know who they're by.

Sorry if it's not very good but I hope you guys like it.

Chapter 34:

My footsteps echoed in my head, louder than the howling crowd as I walked across the stage. My fingertips itched across the corse grooves along my guitar strings.

Suddenly I found myself standing in front of the centre microphone, staring out into the black void dotted with hundreds of shadowy faces.

I quickly looked down at the edge of the stage where all my friends were standing, cheering us on. I smiled at them before sucking the stuffy air through my lips and stepping up to the microphone.

"You ready?" I shouted into the microphone. The crowd rippled with cheers which made my confidence grow.

"We're going to mix things up today..." I looked to my left at Brandon and nodded. Simultaneously, we stepped back from our microphones and began to switch places. I could feel the crowd holding their breathes as they watched us, trying to understand what we were doing.

"You ready to rock?" Brandon shouted enthusiastically into the microphone. The whole crowd basically jumped like one huge mass, screaming like the roof will fly off the building. I grinned at Brandon's expression. His eyes glinted at his new found confidence but they were woven with doubt.

"1, 2, 3, 4," Natasha called as she tapped her drumsticks together. The second she said 4 we all broke out into a loud instrumental, rocking back and forward in time to the beat. Red and orange lights began to swirl around us, illuminating the obis before us. The crowd crowed with excitement making my smile grow. Suddenly we stopped playing to allow Brandon to start singing.

"I could've found a better way
You know I never should have stayed," we all strummed a couple of power chords during each line.

"I could have done the things that I believed were wrong..."

"You know you're wrong," James growled into the microphone.

"Now you're saying that it's late
It doesn't matter what I say
You know you're just another one of my mistakes."

Natasha furiously thwacked her drums as James subtly death growled into his microphone, indicating the chorus was about to start.

"You're so beautiful, you're the kind of girl
That has the chemicals that makes me fall in love
Beautiful, you're the kind of girl, that has the chemicals
That makes me fall in love."

As we continued to play the song it was clear getting Brandon to be the lead was a great choice. The crowd loved him and we could now play twice as many songs as before. There's so many possibilities!

"R. I. S. E," Brandon and James sang loudly a couple of songs later as Natasha created a strong beat as I strummed quietly.

"Let's light a match and ignite the streets,
Screaming," Brandon sang before they both chanted:

"R. I. O. T."

"But now it's time to give 'em something to say
So dig a little bit,
Never quit,
Keep on that hustle," James death growled before the chorus started.
