Chapter 8

-Jaiden's POV-

Justin and I walked upstairs to a room filled with instruments. "Why is there a lot of instrument? I thought he wasn’t a musician." "He isn't, I used to spend most of my time while I was starting my career and so I would shut up about making music, he bought them for me." he said sitting on the piano. I grabbed my notebook where I had all my lyrics written. I carry it everywhere because since I knew Justin would have to leave to do something Iwould have the chance to write new songs. "Okay what song should we start off with?" he asked "How about this one?" I asked "The Way? I love the title already." he said smiling. "Okay sing me a piece so we could figure out a melody." he said  "Okay." I said. I took a concentrated on the lyrics and started. " You give me that kind of something. Want it all the time, need it every day. On a scale of one to ten I'm at a hundred

I said We went over the whole song and he added another rap in between the song. "Songs perfect can we move on to the next one?" I asked. "Sure but first let me go get some snacks because I'm hungry." he said. "Alright, I'll wait here." I said He got up from the piano and left out of the room. I turned to a song that I had started writing when I missed Justin and when I thought about the kiss. My hands wondered though the piano keys I started playing something and sang.

"Well we can work on it." he said smiling.  I grabbed half of the sandwich and started eating it. "Jai what is this song about?" he asked eating his half. "Well you want the truth?" I asked. He nodded and took another bite. "You." I said " Did you really miss me that much." "Justin I missed you all the time." "Well don’t worry, I missed you more than you think and I have great lyrics to finish the song, but can I ask you something?" "Sure go for it." "Can I sing this song with you?" "Why?" "It has so much feeling from both of us and I would love to sing a duet with you and this song is perfect." he said. "If I like what you bring to the table then you got a duet with me Bieber." I said "Okay play the melody you were playing and listen to this." he said "

You know." We sang together. I looked over at him and he leaned in. I couldn’t help it his lips were so kissable that I leaned in as well. Our lips met and we started making out. I pulled away and looked at Justin. "Looks like you got a duet with me." I said getting up from the piano and leaving to my guest room.

I laid down on the bed and stared up at the ceiling. All I could think about was what just happened in the music room. I loved Justin, but I don’t know if I want to ruin my friendship with him. "Jaiden dinner's ready." I heard Fredo say behind the door. "Coming." I said. I got up from the bed and walked down to the dining room" "Scooter you could of told me you were making dinner, I could of helped." I said sitting down across from Justin. "Oh no I don’t cook we ordered Chinese." he said. I felt stupid for saying what I said. We ate and they got to know me a little better.  When we were done I helped clean up. The guys went to their rooms while I washed the dishes. When I was done I walked up the stairs and into my room. "Jaiden wait, before you go in I wanted to let you know that based on what I heard today, We will be recording tomorrow." Scooter said "Really!" I said excited. "Yea and I got Mac Miller to sing the rap for The Way." he said "Great I can't wait!" I said I hugged him and pulled away. "I'm sorry." I said shyly. "It's fine." he said "What time should I be ready?" I asked "How about 10." he said "Alright, goodnight see you tomorrow." I said walking into my room. I changed into my pjs and laid in bed till I fell asleep.
