Emma's P.O.V

"Hey Em!", Elizabeth rushed towards me and enveloped me in a bear hug as soon as I entered the building.

"Hey girl! Good morning!", I chirped as I returned her hug, shooting her a wierd look.

Something has definitely gotten into her today as we normally don't hug each other at work.

"I'm so sorry. I heard that your aunt passed away", Eli told me sympathetically.

Oh shit! I was supposed to be acting sad today. I totally forgot the excuse for my absence for three days at work. May God bless you for reminding me Eli!

I quickly faked a sad expression as all the workers in our department gave me hugs of condolences.

I entered my work cabin and dropped on my chair, completely drained of energy.

"Phew! Thank God it's over!", I let out a huge sigh of relief as I rested my head on the back of my chair.

I took a sip from my morning coffee as I started working on my piece which I borrowed from my gloomy boss. I was too engrossed in my work to realize that my phone was vibrating till Eli tapped on my shoulder and pointed to my phone.

I looked at the caller ID to realize that it was Martin who was calling me.

"Martin! Whats up?', I talked casually so that I don't perk anyone's attention.

"Emma! Tyler is gone! He has been missing since that night!", I could hear Martin's concern laced voice say.

I silently punched my table in frustration.

"Damn it! Are they tracking the other two or have the other two gone missing as well?", I asked him in a low hurried voice.

"Nah, they are being followed as ordered. Matthew seems to be stuck at home the whole day while Tony has been wandering about in an unsuspicious way", Martin's hoarse voice replied.

"It doesn't matter, keep following them even into their own colleges. How do you know that Tyler is missing?", I asked him as I slowly entered the women's washroom. Thank goodness it was empty.

"Witnesses", he told me cut and right.

"Can you e-mail me all the details of Tyler and about his disappearance now?", I asked him in a whisper.

"Sure", Martin said immediately.

"Thanks Martin. That would be a great help", I replied softly.

I stepped out of the washroom and entered my work cabin. I took my laptop out from my bag and placed it beside the desktop on my work table. I logged into my e-mail account and waited for the details while I worked on my article on the desktop.

Fortunately my cabin was located in a corner of the department floor. So my back faces the wall while I work and the camera is fixed on the wall opposite to the wall behind me. So no one can exactly see what I'm doing unless they come near my table which won't happen without me noticing. So, I have my own privacy here.

I checked my mail inbox to see that I had a new message. I clicked on it to find two attachments. One was a PDF while the other was a video. I skimmed through the PDF first. Tyler's bio data was in it.
His job was included in it too. He is a drug dealer and an agent who associates prostitutes with high class business men for money.

I then clicked on the video. I quickly connected my headset to the laptop. The video started playing in my ears.

The video was of several witnesses saying that Tyler wasn't recently spotted. The video was taken around a remote area where Tyler lived in. The witnesses were the people who lived around that area too.
