Chapter 4

JILL POV
"Dmitri!" I heard Rose shout as I entered their house. It was two pm. Dmitri came out of the hall and into the living room. Rose came out a few minutes later. Dmitri had grabbed a western book from the bookshelf, sat down on the couch, and began reading it. Rose noticed me.
"Sorry, Princess Dragomir, I did not see you. What do you need?" Rose said.
"Rose call me Jill," I replied. "What's wrong with Dmitri?"
"He does this whenever he's in shock."
"Dmitri's never in shock! Why should he be in shock?"
"You know how Dmitri and I can have children."
"Your pregnant!"
"With twins."
"Oh my! Does Lissa know?"
"She blackmailed me."
"Lissa doesn't do that."
"Okay she threatened me."
"How?"
"She told me in a spirit dream, a few hours ago, that if I didn't tell Dmitri that she would."
Rose told me the whole story. She told me how she found out about the pregnancy. I could tell that Dmitri was listening, even though it looked like he was reading. Around six, I went home to Eddie. I told him about Rose being pregnant. I, then, went to the children's rooms and woke them up. Eddie and I have been married for four years. In our marriage, we've had four children: two boys, two girls. Both sets were twins. We had Micah Mason Castle Dragomir and Angeline Rosaline Castle Dragomir four years ago. Christienne Desiree Castle Dragomir and Eddie William Castle Dragomir were born two years ago. When I came out to the kitchen, Eddie stood against the counter with a cup of coffee in his hands. His morning routine, I thought. I walked over to him and put his cup on the counter. He smiled, putting his lips against mine. We kissed until A.R. (Angeline Rosaline) came out of the hallway making noises.
"Eddie," I whispered. "Where did you go last night?"
"I should ask you the same thing, Princess Dragomir," Eddie replied.
"I left the house around two because I thought that you went to Dmitri and Rose's house. Now what about you?"
"I left after our love making because your sister called me. She wanted me to see if Rose was okay and had told Dmitri yet," He explained. "I had no clue what Rose would have to tell him. So I told Lissa that I would check it out as soon as darkness came."
"Rose is pregnant. That is what Lissa wanted to know. She wanted to know if Rose had told Dmitri yet."
SYDNEY POV
I had woke up to Adrian's arm around my waist. We were under the covers and naked. Adrian and I have been married for ten years. We adopted Declan a month in to our marriage. Besides Declan, we had five children of our own. When Declan had turned two, I became pregnant with Zoe Danielle Ivashkov. Then I had twins a couple years later. Their names are: Nathan Adrian Ivashkov and Adrianne Katherine Ivashkov. A couple of years after that we had another set of twins: Jeslynn Rosaline Ivashkov and Clarence Lee Ivashkov. Then just two years ago, we had Sydrian Mason Ivashkov. Adrian came up with most of the names. He thought it would be funny to have a child with our first names combined. Anyways, I woke up to Adrian's arm around me. He began to nibble at my neck.
"Adrian," I moaned.
"Yes love," he replied.
"Stop it before we get carried away."
"Why not get carried away? We're already naked, love."
"Well, lets see...how about you getting fired?"
"I can call off."
"Besides I have a meeting to attend to in St. Louise."
"Why are you going to St. Louise?"
"I have a meeting there."
"Please tell me not with the Alchemist."
"I'm afraid so."
"I thought that we were living in peace from them. What do they want now?"
"Stanton called me. She wants me and a few others to talk about our experience at the re-education center."
"No Sydney. I can't loose you!"
"You will never ever loose me again,Adrian. If it makes you feel any better, I called your boss last night and told him that you would be out of town for a few days because your mother was very ill."
"Really?" his face lit up. Danielle died right before Z.D. was born. "So just you and I are going?"
"No, Lissa doesn't trust them that much. So she is sending us a few guardians. And a feeder."
"Who?" Adrian asked as the doorbell rung.
"There they are. Get dressed. Now. We leave in thirty minutes."
