"Yo, kid; pass me some juice." Sam told the child while pointing to the refrigerator. "What kind of juice?" She asked. "Doesn't matter. Just pass me something." Sam said.

The girl shrugged and opened the fridge, pulling out a carton of grape juice. She made a mess and spilled it all over the counter, but managed to fill the glass she placed down before hand.

The girl walked over and gave Sam the glass. "Thanks," Sam said and shooed her away so she could watch tv. Cat had just came back from school when she saw the mess in the kitchen.

She gasped and looked at Sam. "Saaam! There's juice all over the counter and I have to do my homework there! If you leave it there it's going to get sticky!" Cat said.

Sam snickered and replied, "There's been stuff on that counter worse than juice and you know it." Cat shushed Sam and glared at her. "Don't say things like that now. There is a child in here!"

Sam laughed and got up to pick up a clean dish rag. She threw it at the little girl and nodded over to the countertop. "Make it squeaky clean," she deadpanned.

Cat smiled and went in the bedroom to put her book bag away. She came back and saw Sam flinging the small girl into the air and catching her afterwards. She screamed when Sam threw her higher. "SAM NO!" Cat pushed Sam out of the way and the girl landed on Cat.

"Riley! You know your mom doesn't like you doing things that put you in danger." Cat chided. The girl hid behind Sam's leg and peeked over at Cat.

Sam patted Riley on the head and calmed Cat down. "Come on, I always catch the kids I throw. Just let the runt have some fun." Sam said softly. Riley nodded, still behind Sam.

Cat sighed, "Fine, I guess if you're really careful...then you can do it." Sam and Riley cheered and went out to the patio to set off some fireworks. "Hey! Woah woah! I didn't say anything about fireworks!" Cat yelled and ran out to stop them.

Riley and Sam stopped and looked at Cat as if she were insane. "Geez Cat, we're just going to use sparklers." Riley said. Sam nodded and added, "There's no way I'd let a kid use my big fireworks."

Cat sighed, relieved that Sam knew how to be careful with the kids now. Back when they first started babysitting, Sam used to play too rough.

Not only with the kids, but with Cat too. Cat was scared of her and feared for the children's safety because she wasn't able to control Sam.

As they started to get to know each other, Cat learned how to calm Sam down and make sure she didn't unintentionally hurt the kids they took care of. "Hey, why're you staring at her like that?" Riley asked and snapped her fingers in front of Cat's face. This made Cat snap out of her thoughts and stare at Riley.

"Oh, uh...have fun with the sparklers!" Cat said and ran into the apartment. Riley looked at Sam, "Why'd she look at you like that?" She asked. "Like what...?" Sam asked, her eyebrows raised. "Well...never mind. Let's light these up!" Riley exclaimed and held her sparkler up to Sam so she'd light it.

Hours later, Cat finished her homework and checked on Sam and Riley. She awed when she saw them asleep on the couch. Cat didn't want to disturb them, but she couldn't help but stare.

She thought Sam was so cute when she slept, regardless that she snored and drooled. But this time, she snored softer than normal. Riley stirred a little, but held onto Sam's leg and snuggled into a comfortable position.

There was a knock at the door and Cat went over to open it. Dice ran into the apartment with a brief case in his hand. "Sorry Cat, I just need somewhere to hide my case. Is it okay if I keep it here?" He asked.

"Well it depends what's in the suitcase. Is it dangerous?" Cat asked. Dice shook his head and placed the case on the kitchen counter. "No, but it is important. Promise you won't tell anyone what's in this brief case, okay?"

"Okay. I promise not to tell, cross my heart and hope to...well you know. Now show me!" Cat exclaimed. Dice covered her mouth and shushed her. "Keep it down!" He uncovered the suit case. Cat gasped and smiled.

"OH MY GOOOSH!!!!"
