I have been reading the best book series of my life and that's partly the reason I stopped writing for a moment. But the books are so amazing! If you guys have not read the Throne of Glass series you have to right now! Sarah J. Maas is the most amazing writer ever! I love the way she writes and how smooth her story flows. Dorian and Aelin are my favorite characters. Chaol, Rowan, Nehemia, and Manon too. I love them all! Throne of Glass has literally become one of my favorite books along the Infernal Devices by Cassandra Clare. So stop whatever you're doing and buy the books. You will not regret it I promise. The way Sarah writes influenced me to change the way I write so that's why this story will change.

The apartment felt empty without the presence of Zayn. Two weeks had passed since Perrie had last seen him at Trisha's birthday party and although she was feeling better her heart still missed him dearly. Every corner of the apartment held memories of the best moments of her life. Perrie closed her eyes and allowed each of the memories to flash before her. It pained her to sell this place but she knew that if she wanted to start fresh she would have to. Laughter echoed in the memories that appeared in front of her and she allowed herself to embrace all the pain that came with them. When Perrie opened her eyes a smile appeared on her lips. It hurt but this is what was best.
"I love you" Perrie whispered into the emptiness and headed towards the door. She knew that a part of her would stay here along with all the memories of Zayn. But the raw part of her was leaving. She needed to leave.
With those last words she closed the door that at one point to she looked forward to because she knew Zayn was there. She leaned her head again the cold wooden door and cried. The hall was empty and in a way that brought comfort to her heart. Perrie cried until she couldn't anymore and wiped the tears from her face. She lifted her head and smiled one one last time at the door. The luggage that was next to her was a symbol of what she felt being here. Heavy. Regardless, she reached for it and carried it with her to the elevator.
She was leaving because she needed time for herself. That was what she had written in the note that Harry would find this morning when he came looking for her. It broke her heart to leave him when he only wanted to help her but she had realized something; she didn't want to depend on others to be happy. That was the reason she was so broken now because she had put all herself in Zayn and when he left she was left with nothing. No more of that. Perrie Edwards didn't need anybody to be happy. That was why she was leaving and she hoped Harry would understand.
"I need to do this." Perrie said to herself. The hole in her heart was open and it hurt to breathe. No matter what others might think she needed to find herself again. But before she did she needed to clear the air with the one person who broke her.

The sun glisten on the rivers surface and reflected small stars. The night above shone the most clear sky filled with stars too. The river made the air smell fresh and brought a peace to the bridge. Two figure shone on it and though they were both far their hearts were closer than ever.
"I was surprised you called." Zayn said as he walked over to the girl who held his heart though she didn't know that.
"If I'm being honest it surprised me too." A sudden gust of whip rushed by them but Perrie just embraced the cold while Zayn hugged himself in hopes of finding warmth.
Perrie knew that calling him and meeting him wasn't the correct thing to do especially if she wanted to move on with her life. Yet, she knew that in order to move forward she needed to close this chapter in her life. That was the only reason she called him.
Zayn stared at her blond hair and the way it moved in the wind. Her eyes shined with the moonlight and in them was an unimaginable sadness that broke his heart. Though she didn't know that. She could never know that. A silence fell over them and Zayn didn't want to be the one to break it. It took all his will power not to reach and touch her face.
