Mr. Adams reaction wasn't at all what you expected. Knowing him, having a student, an inferior, look at him in that kind of challenging manner would have resulted in a giant display showing them that this teacher would absolutely not be disrespected in his own classroom. For that reason, you were so surprised that you almost fell out your chair when he merely looked at Kahoot with a look of surprise, recognition, and confusion. He ended up just ignoring Kahoot's strong gaze and head over to his desk to put the papers that he'd been carrying down. He proceeded to take attendance, and you couldn't help but feel bad when students started snickering as soon as Mr. Adams called out 'Kahoot Masters'. It was kind of a weird name, but it didn't bother you; you actually quite liked it. While they were focused on that odd name, you took notice of the way your teacher's voice wavered slightly as he said it.

This year your English class would suck with him as a teacher, whereas last year your first class of the day had been amazing. It wasn't because of the subject, but because your teacher was Mrs. Norberry. She is, hands down, the best teacher that you've ever had. She's a little pudgy woman, with golden-blond curls that end just above her shoulders. The way she teaches makes it easy for you to understand everything and she doesn't look at you like you're stupid if you don't get something. She just explains it patiently until you finally understand. You're overjoyed that you're in her science class after lunch, along with Kahoot.

You zoned out a little bit when Mr.Adams started the class, unable to concentrate on his dull voice after trying to for an hour, so instead you decide to take in the appearance of the kid you met in the hall. Unlike Mr.Adams' eyes, Kahoot's were a brilliant blue that shone like storm clouds illuminated by lightning. The sleeves on his hoodie covered his hands adorably, and his jeans fit nicely. His soft face suddenly turns to look at you and he catches you staring. You quickly sit up in your seat, making noise by shifting it, so you cough awkwardly in hopes that that'll help. You can seem him smiling in amusement beside you, but before he has the chance to say anything the bell rings.

Since you weren't in his next class, you just tell him directions to it and hope that he's able to find it. While walking to your next class you smile, knowing that two of your good friends, Bay and Phoenix, would be in it with you. You had met them a few years back, though you don't exactly remember how: one day you didn't know them, and the next, all three of you were friends.

Your shoes don't make much noise as you walk down the hall and as you round the corner a pair of girls start chatting excitedly beside you.

"NO WAY! I can't believe you got them!" one of them squeals excitedly. "The concert was completely sold out!"

"I know," the other girl explains, "but when I was browsing for other ones online suddenly the site glitches and there are hundreds of new ones available!"

Ignoring their conversation, you walk into the classroom and wave to Bay when you see her. Phoenix still hasn't arrived, but it wasn't unlike him to be late. When you had first met Bay, she had seemed really shy and didn't talk to you much. If she did, it was kind of awkward and you couldn't really hold a conversation. But over time, as she got more comfortable with you, you began to realize that she was completely spontaneous and crazy: doing random things, saying odd phrases, and just overall doing things that seemed weird. One day when the hallway was empty except for you and Phoenix, she ran down it while flapping her arms wildly yelling "I'm a bird!"

Despite all of that, you absolutely loved having her as a friend. Eventually, you started to think that she was crazy in a good way.

Shortly after Phoenix arrived the class began. It kind of went by in a blur, since all you could think about was seeing Kahoot again. The ringing bell jostled you out of your daydream and told you that it was now time for lunch.
