Mr.Adams isn't too impressed when he walks into his classroom early the next morning. His first reaction is surprise, followed by anger, and then finally triumph. He's never been so glad for the secret surveillance camera he had installed last month.
Throwing a ball out of the cup he grabbed, he heads to his coffee machine with a smirk on his face, kicking balls with his feet as he goes. The footage from the camera conveniently sinks up to his laptop, so he opens that on his desk in satisfaction. If these punks were going to get punished for their crimes, he'd need evidence.
Mr. Adams shifts through the videos from last night. He sees movement, and rewinds it to the part where they go in through the door. When he sees Phoenix and then Louise enter, he lets out an "aha!" but that victory is short lived. As soon as he sees Kahoot, his smile drops. "Crap."
He deletes the videos and starts cleaning up the mess of balls.

Kahoot is a bit disappointed when he walks into English class that morning to find it spotless. Oh well, there's probably more balls hidden around the room anyways. He puts his bag down beside his desk, and goes to grab his books. His hands freeze. From across the room, Mr.Adams is glaring at him, eyebrows raised. Kahoot gulps.
The lesson is pretty average, but gets interrupted a few times when Mr.Adams has to remove the plastic spheres from various places. The class giggles, baffled at where they came from. Kahoot is more than happy when class finally ends and he can get out of Mr.Adams frightening gaze, who's been staring at him the whole class.
Kahoot is the last student to leave the room. When he finally reaches the door, a voice calls out behind him.
"Kahoot, you dropped something," Mr.Adams announces maliciously. Kahoot turns around and Mr.Adams hands him a red ball. "Don't want to forget this," he says with a cold smile.
Kahoot spends the rest of the day paranoid, but doesn't mention it to Phoenix or Louise.

Curiously, you've never hung out with Bay one-on-one before. It's always been with other people, or usually Phoenix. Today that changes.
It's after school, and you and Bay are walking around the mall together. You know that Kahoot is with Phoenix right now, and the last time you saw them they were chatting with Louise.
"What colour looks better?" Bay asks. You're both in Sephora right now. She wanted to buy a new lipstick, so you accompanied her. She holds up a dark blue tube in one hand and a metallic purple one in the other.
"Blue for sure," you reply. She buys it.
You've both been shopping for awhile, so it's nearing super time. You and Bay decide to split an order of fries and sit down in the food court.
"Would you like to come for coffee sometime next week?" you ask her. "You haven't met Tinsley yet, so this way you and Phoenix can meet him."
She's nodding along until you mention Phoenix, at which point her face scrunches up.
"What?" you ask. She shakes her head. "You're still annoyed at him, huh?"
She sighs. "It's not even for the original reason anymore...but he was mean and I don't like it." Her tone sounds final, so you don't push it.
Wanting to change the subject, you ask about her little sister. "How's Camille doing?" Bay's face lights up. She really loves her.
"Great. She's just joined gymnastics, actually."
After eating, you and Bay get an ice cream from one of the places inside the mall and continue to wander around. It's probably one of the last sunny days before it starts getting really cold, so you and Bay sit on the benches outside while eating your treats.
The environment is bustling with people. The mall is located next to a grocery store, a giant Toys R Us, and even a police department. All kinds of people are around here, from kids to parents to delinquents. You're startled as you see someone that may or may not have been Louise go into the police station, wearing a pair of Uggs with their hair in a bun.
Bay gets excited as someone with a really cute dog walks past us. The owner lets her pet the small doggo, and she becomes ecstatic. That little pupper made her day, and Bay doesn't stop talking about how adorable he was. It's so sweet.
You're glad you're her friend.
