Note: It's rare that I decide to rant or state my opinion because I usually mistakenly offend people or hurt myself because my words are strong to me and like I don't know. I just sometimes have bursts of energy to state my opinion about things. So here we go, this isn't to offend anyone I promise but this is just my opinion on my current situation and I'll most likely cry while writing it. But that's besides the point so yeah.
So lets make this into a story cause Maybe that'll lighten the mood I don't know.
So there's this Young lady named Naomi. She's actually been through a lot in her short lived life. She came out to her parents as Bisexual in the year 2016 (they hated her for it), she was self diagnosed with depression in the year 2015, she fell in love with a woman for the first time in her life and mistakenly broke her heart because of her parents (they forced her to stop talking to her), she fell in love with a man who broke her heart by turning her into a shadow in his life, she Attempted suicide for the first time in her life in 2016 or 2017. Naomi is broken. She hurts everyday and she pushes herself to the limits to be "happy" weather it's pretending or if it's genuine happiness. She works so hard to make the people around her happy even if it hurts her. She has sparks of happiness that last maybe a week or two but for the most part she is depressed. Recently, in the year 2016 she met a man who sparked her interest with his weird obsessions and his inspiring way with words. Their friendship grew and they became best friends. They told each other everything from the last time they pooped to the number of scars they created on themselves. Naomi has NEVER met anyone like him. And she didn't want to lose him. After a while she fell in love with this man. Because he made her happy, he made her feel loved, he gave her hope. She wanted to be with him, Forever. She has never loved anyone the way she loved him. But he wanted to wait until they met in person to make things official , which was understandable and Naomi waited, and waited, and continued to wait. He drived Naomi crazy with all the teasing but she would stay calm and keep waiting. One day he couldn't wait anymore and finally asked her to be his girlfriend on the day of February 8th 2017. This made her so happy and she didn't know what to do with herself, to this day she still doesn't know what to do because she feels so lucky to be with a man who is willing to take care of her and love her and make her feel good as a person. To be with someone so accepting and lovable is a blessing. How can she turn that down? She said yes in a instant and they celebrated. It was a day they both will never forget. But there is a slight problem. Naomi's parents are cruel to her, they dis everything she does, they disagree with everything she says, and her opinion doesn't matter. Naomi's parents don't like the fact that Naomi is in love with a man of a different race. And they are not afraid to show it. This hurts Naomi so much just to know that every day she wakes in the morning and she has to bare with the hateful words of her parents beating her down for her decisions. And it sucks, but in Naomi's eyes. That doesn't matter, it never really has. If Naomi loves someone, differences don't matter. The only thing that will change her mind about her love for this man is if he purposely hurts her in any way. Anyway, her parents want her to distance herself from this man because they don't want him to hurt her. They are forcing her to be away from him. But think about it, do her parents know him? Have they ever met him and had a real conversation with him? They don't know him like Naomi does. Her parents are just being so stereotypical that they can't see what's out in front of them and that really hurts Naomi and her man. Naomi is willing to fight for this man, she will fight for as long as she can, and nothing will change her love for him. She just has to get her parents to realize how determined she is to be with this man, to Marry this man. Nobody will really understand her situation but it doesn't hurt to tell her story. She want's her story to be out there because maybe there is a girl or a guy going through something similar and they want to know that they are not alone. Naomi knows the feeling of being alone and she doesn't want that for anyone else so she will push herself to put her life story out there for people to relate and reflect on.
