When I kissed Stefan I still couldn't help but feel guilty... I wanted to choose but I didn't want to hurt someone in the process.

I pulled away slowly, looking at Stefan. "I'll be right back." I muttered.
He smiled up at me, his eyes lighting up "Okay."
I ran out of his room and closed the door quickly, then ran downstairs.
"Aurora?" I asked in the kitchen, knowing she'd most likely be there.
"She's not here. She's still helping with that Klaus guy and Damon." Kai said from the dinning room table.
"Oh." I sighed and sat down next to him.
"What were you going to talk to her about?" He asked, staring down at his cup of coffee.
"Just some troubles I've been having lately." I puckered my lips lightly.
"Want to talk about them to me?" He asked softly.
"I'll need a drink if I do." I chuckled once.
"Let's get going then." He smiled softly at me.
"Forget the jackets, we don't need them." He commented as I went to go get my jacket "Immortal, remember?"
I shrugged "Alright."

At the Grill

"Of course we go to the grill." I muttered
"They have the best alcohol around, Maya." he rolled his eyes.
"They have the best alcohol around, Maya." I mocked, lowering my voice slightly.
We both sat at the bar, Matt walked over to us.
"Well isn't this a sight to see, Maya not trying to kill a guy she doesn't like." Matt chuckled
I rolled my eyes "Nice to see you too, Matty."
"Bourbon and a Beer." Kai instructed.
I furrowed my eyebrows at him "How do you know I only take beers?"
"You look like a beer type of girl, to be honest." He chuckled once as Matt placed down our drinks.
"So what's up?" He asked, turning his chair to look at me.
"You know how I got into that divorce with Klaus?" I asked, He nodded.
"I still love him. And I'm beginning to love Stef." I muttered
"What about Damon?" He asked
"I hate the way he acts out when he doesn't get his way.
"Because he never has gotten chosen, Maya. Its always been Stefan with every girl. Of course he'll get mad if you don't choose him." Kai shrugged while he put his glass up to his lips.
"I do see your point. I'm just frustrated with him." I sighed.
"Both the Salvatores and Klaus can be frustrating." Kai commented
"Yes, they can. But Damon brings frustrating to a new type."
"He only does the things he does because he loves you." Kai swirled his drink around in the glass.
"What about Klaus and Stefan?" I looked down at my hands.
"Feelings are hard to understand, Maya. Mostly for me since I barely have any to be honest. Aurora helps with me understanding my feelings and what I want in life."
