Angelo
"Will you stop doing that?" Daxia snaps.
I poke my head out of the bathroom door, where I was turning the water faucet on and off.
"There's something weird about it," I say.
I turn the faucet back on and watch as, just for a second, the water comes out a weird green color, before returning to normal. I do it a few more times, each time I see the green color, for half a second before it goes away.
"If you don't stop, I'm going to drown you in all of the water that you're wasting."
I jump and look up to see Daxia scowling at me from the doorway. Her hair is twisted up on her head, loose wisps of hair hang around her face. Judging by the fact that she's only wearing a sports bra and shorts, I'm guessing she was asleep. I roll my eyes at her and turn the faucet on once again.
"Look, do you see that?" I ask.
She leans closer to the water and gasps.
"Yes, oh my, there's water coming out of the faucet." She says dramatically.
I reach over and turn the water off again.
"Look really closely, look at the water when I first turn it on," I say.
She stares at the faucet. I turn the knob, and the water comes pouring out. Daxia turns to look at me.
"Do that again." She says.
I turn off the water, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
"What is that?" She asks.
I shake my head as she stands up straight and looks around the bathroom.
"I don't know, I was going to wash my face but then I saw it and decided I shouldn't. "
I watch as she opens a few cabinets and then pulls out a cup. She turns the water off and then places the cup underneath the faucet.
"What are you doing?" I ask.
She doesn't answer me, instead, she stands there for a few seconds.
"Go look at the other two bathrooms." She says.
I walk out of the bathroom and into the next one. I turn on the faucet, and sure enough, the water is green, but this time the green is darker. I close the water and then open the door to the third restroom, where Nicholas stands with a razor in one hand and a can of shaving cream in the other.
"Isn't there like two other restrooms in this room?" He asks.
"Yeah, but sharing is caring," I reply.
I move over to the sink and turn the faucet on. The water comes out green for a second, as dark as the second one I checked.
"Woah, why is it green?" He asks.
"That's what we're trying to figure out," I reply.
"Don't use the water okay? I'm going to go get Daxia." I walk out of the bathroom, and Nicholas follows me.
I walk over to the first bathroom, where Daxia stands over the sink. She picks up the cup and holds it up, looking at it in the light.
"What is it?" I ask.
She shakes her head,
"I'm not sure, but we should probably tell the others too."
I walk out of the bathroom and into the room. I open the door that connects me to the left room and see Alexander asleep on one of the beds. Lincoln sits on another and I don't see Lola.
