[Translation of the title: There isn't any doubt that this is love: Morgan Sulele - Lakenet]

Shortly after Isak and him had shared their 'first' kiss, Even's parents had barged into the room. Both had been crying and Even's mother almost had a breakdown when Even whispered a raspy 'hi' to her.

But they had barely five minutes to enjoy the feeling of Even being back, when the doctor came in and politely asked everyone to leave.

Even was left alone again, his body still struggling with the weight of breathing on its own again.
Although Even had only said a few words, it had taken him so much strength, that his head felt dizzy and his body tired.

But no matter how tired he was, Even hated the idea of being alone again.
He had been alone for far too long.
Isak had told him that it was currently around 3 am and in 3 hours, he would be back again, by his side.

Even closed his eyes.
For all the time he had been in coma, he had thought that the dreams he had were reality.
Dreams, that had felt so real, that Even could still feel shivers running down his spine at the thought of them.
Even's darkest thoughts, his deepest fears had been merged into one endless stream of horrible scenarios.
And now, that Even was back, he knew that those images would forever be carved into the back of his mind, haunting him in every lonely night.

After a while of just staring up to the ceiling, Even finally closed his eyes. Something inside of him was afraid of the thought that, if he fell asleep now, he might never wake up again, but Even tried to convince himself that this was just ridiculous.
He didn't even notice how his mind slowly let go and he drifted into sleep.

As Even opened his eyes again, he was met with the sight of two hazel eyes, gently looking at him from above.

"Good morning, baby." Even's favorite person whispered as he felt a pair of lips pressing against his temple.
He immediately felt warmth spreading in his body.

"G-good mor..ning" Even responded with his raspy morning voice, carefully pronouncing every syllable.
Isak smiled brightly at his words, as if hearing Even speak was the most amazing thing he's ever listened to.

"How are you feeling?" the younger boy asked and gently stroke a strand of Even's blonde hair out of his forehead. "B-better." Even answered.
He reached out his arm to catch Isak's hand and wrapped it into his own.
"C-can you..sta..stay?" he asked, as he caressed Isak's palm with his thumb.
"Of course." Isak said and lifted their intertwined hands up, to press a tender kiss onto Even's fingers.

"I'll never leave your side again, you'll be stuck with me forever." he continued, a light smirk spreading on his face.

"I..I'd love..that." Even responded and smirked as well, the muscles in his face still feeling a bit strange while he did so, probably because he hadn't used them in such a long time.

"Your parents are down in the cafeteria right now, but they'll be back here soon. And David and Sana will come visit after school as well. Everyone's so happy that you're awake! Even Silas texted me and asked when he could come to visit you. Oh, by the way, he wanted me to give you this." Isak rummaged around in the small backpack standing beside the bed and pulled out a crumbled piece of paper. He gave it to Even, who thanked him and then let his eyes wander over it. In black capital letters, there was standing: "Never Let Go - Lass Niemals Los - The German Project - Even & Silas

"Is this.." Even began. "-the scene for your German project, yes." Isak continued. "Silas told me that he changed it a little and wanted to show you the results. He knows that you might not be able to perform it and doesn't want to pressure you or anything, but he just wanted you to have it." he went on and sent Even another loving smile.
