Chapter 42

Maya scoffed lightly. "I doubt that, you just don't want to give me tea" She crossed her arms, pouting lightly.

"I'll even make it for you, how about that" Stefan smiled at Maya.

Little birds in love...

I giggled a little bit, not wanting them to hear.

"Even better" Maya said lightly, and turned her head, I did the same, only to see Damon coming downstairs.

"Hey" Maya nodded at him.

"Stefan, Klaus needs you upstairs" Damon said.

"Okay, I'll just finish here" Stefan said, not looking up at Damon.

"I'll finish it, you go" Damon instructed Stefan.

"Alright" Stefan said, with a bit of rage painted over his face. I shifted my weight lightly, worried about Stefan, Klaus, and most of all; Kai.

Why do I always fall for wackos..

I chuckled to myself lightly. Stefan ran upstairs with his speed, while I turned my head to see Maya sitting down. I did the same, and watched as Damon finished our tea.

"So, how are you and Kai?" Maya asked lightly. I felt tears clawing my eyes. "And why was Kol in your room?"

"I don't know where Kai is..." I looked down at my empty cup. "that's why Kol is stuck in my room, because he says he killed Kai so, better lock him up in there than kill him" I continued staring at the cup like it was the most fascinating thing in the world.

Damon placed a cup of tea in front of me, and I looked up. I mouthed "Thanks" to him, and he mouthed "Your welcome" back. He placed another cup in front of Maya.

"Pretty crazy original, huh?" Damon asked, probably trying to get me to stop thinking about ripping his heart out with my own bare hands.

"Yeah, I guess" Maya said. I turned to look at her, as she took a sip of her tea, and practically choked.

"Holy shit!" Maya said, placing the cup down.

"Whats wrong?" I looked at Damon, to see him practically jump out of his skin.

"Nothing" Maya said under her breath, growling.

"Maya?" Stefan said, as he came down the stairs quickly. I turned my attention to him, and saw pure worry in his eyes.

Maya, you have three boys at your beck and call... I thought lightly, and shook my head a bit.

"I'm fine, I'm fine" Maya said lowly, a bit of annoyance in her voice.

"Love?" Klaus asked her, with pure worry in his eyes, too.

"I said I was fine, alright?!" Maya roared, as she shook in her chair lightly. "God, I'm not a child" She said, running up the stairs with her speed. I whistled lightly at all the commotion.

"Well then.." My eyes widened a bit, as I took a sip of my own tea.

A Few Minutes Later

I walked upstairs, as Maya passed me, going down stairs. I went to my room, only to see Kol sitting on the bed.

"Darling, please get me out of here" He pleaded.

"Hah" I chuckled a bit; "Tell me where Kai is"

"You'll find out soon enough"

I closed my eyes, and started chanting in Latin.

"I know you still love me" He said, his voice getting closer. I chanted a spell that would let me get in and out of the room, without getting trapped.

"I do not" I said lightly, and went back to chanting.

"Lier" He said.

"Am not" I stopped chanting, as the spell was completed. I opened my eyes, to see he was leaning against the frame.

"Why did you leave me" He asked.

"Now I know you really are a genius" I rolled my eyes, trying to keep tears from hitting the surface.

"Thank you" He said, smirking.

"Note the sarcasm" I hissed; "I left you because you cheated on me with that slut, Davina Claire" 

"Davina isn't a slut. Maybe you are." He said. I stepped into the room, overly pissed. I went on my tippy toes, and got close to his face.

"I'm a slut?" I whisper-yelled.

"Yes" He smirked. His lips crashed against mine, and I tried to pull away.

I don't like Kol. I don't like Kol. He is a dish rag. He cheated on me.

I finally got released, and whipped my mouth with my hand. 

"Eww" I hissed, and looked over a my closet. A face started to appear.

"Complements of Davina" I heard Kol say. The body of a man came into full view, and I saw it was Kai.

"Kai!" I shouted, happily. I ran over to him, and tried to hug him, but he pushed me away. I could see pure hatred, and hurt in his eyes. He walked right past me, and out of the room. A tear rolled down my face as I sat on the bed. Davina appeared in the other corner, and chanted. Her and Kol walked out, as Maya, Klaus, and Damon appeared in the frame.

"I'll explain to Kai" Damon said to me, nodding. He ran off with his vamp speed.

"I'll get Elijah, and we will take Kol and Davina" Klaus looked at me, and walked in the room. He hugged me lightly, then let go.

"I'm so sorry Ro.."

"Ro?" I asked, tears coming down my face.

"Yeah, better than Rory, right?" He chuckled a bit.

"Yeah.. Thanks K" He ran out with his vampire speed, and Maya walked in giving me a big hug.

"I'm so sorry Kol did this to you.." She said to me.

"Yeah.. Yeah me too..." I replied.

Does Kai hate me?... I have never met someone like Kai.. He was caring, and he trusted me.. Kol broke that trust.. I'm going to make him pay..
