Being the Alpha Queen has been rough, my Beta and me have been breaking our head trying to figure out who is killing all these people. But so far Nothing has come up. Three more bodies have come up and the pack is starting to panic. Nothing seems to be leading in the right direction. Mia and River have been training a lot lately and have become good friends. I have happy that she had someone to talk too. Cole, my beta, has been trying to get along with Mia but she proves to be a challenge. Everyday she defies him and they get into an argument. River has been shy with me. Barely saying a word to me. My wolf gets upset and wants to show her how a mate should act but i restrain her. I don't want to scare her.

"What are you thinking of?" Cole asked while sitting on the couch in our study looking at some papers. "River and Mia. They are proving to be a handful with us. River is supposed to act like a Luna and Mia should be helping her and herself on acting like a Female Beta. Instead they are off doing god knows what." I said with a small growl. Cole growled a but agreeing. "Mia and her are a challenge but what can we do? The moon goddess blessed us with them as our mates. It has to be for a reason." He said looking at me. I was worried that my mate and me wouldn't be happy. Elijah came in with files and a serious face. "Hey, i need to talk to you both. Got a Minute?" he said sitting the files down on my desk. "River and Mia have not been training." He said opening up their files. I looked at him getting upset. "What do you Mean they haven't been training?" Cole said angry. "What have they been doing?" i said looking at him. "They have been leaving the territory and going into the city about 15 miles from here. One of the males from the pack have been following them. To keep an eye on them because when i would take the kids and adults to train there was no sign of anyone training." Elijah said looking at the files. "Look at these pictures that one of my students took of them." He said handing me and Cole copies of the pictures. It broke my heart what i was seeing. River dancing with another women grinding against each other drinking and kissing each other. Next i see a picture of Mia drinking and hugging and making out with another man, his hands all over her body. Cole is shaking with angry and hurt. I know this because i feel the same Way. I couldn't believe that River would be doing this. I wanted to think that she was happy with me. I gave her everything. Cole gave Mia everything tried to be with her and make her happy. Out of everyone, i think he should be the one to deserve happiness. "Where are they?" Cole asked Elijah. He looked at me and shook his head. There's more. He gave me a couple papers with text messages that are from River's phone. She had been texting Jasmine, her ex girlfriend. My wolf howled in pain and anger. She felt her betrayal. Cole took the papers from me and read the next one as he read some that were from Mia. The next few lines broke him and his wolf... 

"River, i can't be with Cole. I just don't love him like a mate should. I want to be with the guy i met remember? He makes me happy and i want to be able to go see him with out Cole finding out."  Cole read out a message from Mia. Tears were falling from his eyes. "Yeah, neither of us are happy with who we are with. I can't be with Leila, i still want my ex. I want to see her and be with her. But how can i if Leila is supposed to be my mate. I didn't even want a mate. Never did..." Cole read out. They looked at me as i had my back towards them. It had stared to rain and lighting was coming in closer. "Where are they now?" I asked. Elijah looked down contemplating whether to answer or not. "Answer her Now Elijah!" Cole growled barely controlling his wolf. His wolf wanted blood and Mines did too. "They are in Mia's room." Elijah said in such a low voice. Cole was ready to leave but I had stopped him first. "Bring them to the Pole." Was all I said before he Knew what was coming next. The deception that they committed followed by punishment. Wolf laws and the Moon goddess demanding for Justice on the unfaithfulness by these female wolves. Elijah went to gather the pack. Many packs practicing these traditions. The moon goddess picks your mate, the other half of your soul. The one that is meant for you. But every now and then there are wolves the defy her, but it wouldn't go unpunished by packs and herself.
Walking to a locked door in my study I grab a whip. Made of leather and silver, used by my father who whipped me for the trouble and disrespect I had caused him. Walking out the back of the pack house I see my pack looking at me, some angry, some with pity, and others confused at what is going on. Cole walks out with both females, River and Mia crying begging to let go. Mia must have knew what it meant. Both afraid of the wrath that was going to be let upon them. Mia clawing at Coles arm, "Please don't do this! I'm sorry! Please don't!" Her cries became loud as he threw her at my feet. River tried to come forward but Cole held her arm tight. "Leila please, I'm your Best friend! I fought for her! I-I didn't..." she stopped mid sentence as I growled at her silencing her. My wolf angry at these females. "I Gather all Pack members to present these 2 Females that have committed crimes against Our pack Laws and the Moon Goddess herself." I spoke with authority and continued, "Punishable by the whip!" I growled as many wolves growled at them. It would be a shame carried by the pack that the Alpha's Luna didn't want to be with her rightful mate. "Anyone have an Objections?" I spoke wanting to see if anyone would speak up. But none did. They Knew better.
Mia kept crying, having her head bent to the ground crying. "Leila I'm so sorry! Please don't do this." She cried. I growled at her in anger. "You have shamed this pack and have deceived your Own mate. You Know the laws." I growled. Elijah grabbed her by the scruff of her neck dragging her to the pole. Tying her hands to the pole, she hugged close to it crying to the moon goddess begging for forgiveness. I let the whip in my hand settle as the first kiss of the whip touched her back. Her screams being heard but no one coming to her aid. Another coming down ripping her skin and she cries, her knees buckle but still hold up. It continues as she falls on her Knees crying. I stop and look at her in anger. "You are to be dealt with by your Mate." I growled as I untie her. She falls on her side crying in pain. The pack doctor coming to help her. I look at Cole as he drags my crazy mate crying at what she just witnessed. "Next is your Luna, the female Leader that is supposed to care for us all, for Me her mate. Has shamefully deceived us All with her Lies!" I growled in anger and Pain. "A crime that will Not go unpunished." I said lastly looking at her showing her with my eyes how I was feeling, anger and rage but mostly pain. She cried grabbing me by the legs. "Please Leila, I'm so sorry I didn't mean any of it. I swear to you!" She cried out scared of what is coming next. I grabbed her by the neck my wolf trying to come out and show her our wrath. "I believe Nothing you say out of your Mouth!" I growled out as everyone flinched at what was just said. "You were supposed to be a Great Luna. A leader for this pack, a mate for me." I said looking at her beautiful face, showing her the pain she caused me, that will forever change me. "I gave you Everything and took it for granted." I growled blocking the pain as and knelt her against the pole. Her cries making my wolf feel her pain but she's ignored ours. The whip hanging from my hand. The first kiss of the whip rips her shirt as it did to Mia, she screamed in pain. Being her first taste to the whip would be a terrible experience. But one that she will remember. The whips Kiss came down 3 or 4 times. The blood being saturated by the ground. She cried in so much pain the midwife came to help her. I have the whip to Elijah, but stopped her before she could take her. Grabbing her by the neck once more, she cried her eyes barely open. "You are No longer my mate and No longer part of this Pack. If you Ever set foot in this Territory it would give my men all permission to kill you on spot." I growled at her as she cried even more. I didn't know if the whips hurt her more then what I just said to her. Dropping her, the midwife catches her and taking her away. My wolf howled in pain at the rejection I just did. Cole walked to the pack doctor and held him in place wanting to talk to his mate. As I walked away I heard him tell her, "You disgust me, I would kill you but it would be a waste of my time and breath." Leaving them and shifting into his wolf and running off. The pack had dispersed. I walked into the pack house and into my office... and that was when I let everything out.
I let the anger out, breaking my desk, book case, my windows. Everything in my path. I screamed so loud that I knew everyone heard it but none dared to come close. Fearing I would lash my anger at them. I let everything out till I couldn't anymore. I sat in the middle of the destroyed room crying my pain. My heart broken and my soul in pain and agony of what had just happened. My wolf curled at the back of my mind silently crying. It wasn't just my pain, it was hers. She probably loved her more then me. But never again would I let Anyone hurt us like she did. Never again will I let someone hurt and break my wolf like she did.
It's a promise I make to myself and my wolf.       Never Again!
