Chapter 21

Hey Guys! So this Chapter is going to be a Bit different. It'll focus on River and Mia going to The Former Alpha's Home and it'll be on a 3rd POV . So enjoy!

Few days had past and River could hear guards outside talking. It bothered her that they were protecting her, but they didn't protect their Luna when she was at the pole. River couldn't believe that she reacted to Sage, Leila's wolf like that. She knew that her Wolf cared for her but Leila was a different story. She couldn't control it, rage was consuming her as she heard the guards talking about her.

"Shut the F*ck up! Just shut Up! I can hear everything you're saying!" River bellowed in anger. She pulled on the restraints that kept her belly down. They came through the door and looked at her with pure anger and disgust. "Watch your mouth mutt. You're not our Luna or Member of Our pack so we can talk about you and Her anyway we Want." One of the guards told her getting so close his teeth had descended. She shook in fear now, she was restrained and could defend herself. "Why don't we Teach her a lesson on respect gentlemen?" Another of the guards said coming next to her grabbing her by the nape of the neck. River grunted trying to gain confident. "Don't touch me! Let me go!" She yelled, praying someone will hear. One of them struck her in the face by her mouth. She screamed in pain, then started to apply pressure on back, her wounds still tender she screamed even more in pain. "Please! Stop!" She cried and begged as they started to hit her.

When the former Alpha walked in, his eyes pure black and the Former Luna walked behind him. They hadn't noticed till they heard his growl. It shook the ground and they shook in fear. "Alpha? Wh-What are you doing here?" One of the guards stepped away from River. She was crying in pain. The former Luna Rachel growled at them as they bowed down to her, "Move" was all she said before they all scurried to the wall with their head bowed. "Call the pack doctor Damien. Her wounds are bleeding again." Luna Rachel said. She then cooed in Rivers eat trying to soothe her. "No. She will be coming with us. And we will treat her at home. And you 4..." the Alpha growled barely controlling his wolf. "The Alpha Queen will deal with you." Was all he said before their faces pales. They knew the consequences to what they have done.

"Damien, I don't think that's a good idea." Luna Rachel said looking at River. She was hiccuping in her sleep. "She will be treated at our home. She will learn of our ways." Was all he said before leaving. She sighed knowing that what he had planned for her will break her. But will also make her stronger. "Little one, what you are about to experience will be the most difficult thing you have ever faced but it will make you a better Person and understand where Leila came from." She whispered in River's ear softly.

Two days after, New guards came in to pick River up, she grunted and cried standing up feeling a bit of air passing through the bandages of her back. They covered her upper body and had a button up shirt over her self. Mia walked out on her own, wearing just about the same. Except her face was impassive. Showed no emotion, but held her head up and walked on her own. The former Alpha was standing by the Escalade truck that will take them to his home. "You two will be staying in my home. And before we move an Inch I would like to express a few things." He started. His face was serious and he meant business. "I know my Land and my daughters land like the Back of my hand, if you try to run, you Will not escape. I Will find you and drag you Back. I will chain you up at the pole and leave you out side for the cold to consume you. If you attack my Mate, your Former Luna..." he stepped right in front of both girls, his canines descended and you could hear his growl from his chest, "I will End your Life." He finally said with so much anger and venom. You would think he would kill you in that moment. Mia's face didn't change, showed no emotion towards her former Alpha. But River shook in fear and backed away from him. "You have a Lot if training and Learning to do. Little Wolf." He said looking at River, his wolf was just on the surface. She could respond, fearing she would start to cry. "Let's go." He said moving to get into the car. Mia got in the back, she winced when she sat back. Her back still tender but tried to hide it. River wanted to sit next to her, but was stopped. "Sit in front." Mia's cold voice came out not even looking at her. River stood stunned and backed away. She knew now that she had no friends now. She went to sit in front, the former Alpha started to back up from the doctors office and left the lot.
