Chapter 8

*Leila's POV*

She hugged me. She really hugged me. My wolf howled with joy. I held her close to me savoring the moment. My hands were around her waist and hers were around my neck. She had eventually calmed down but didn't let go. "I-I'm so-sorry, I got you u-upset." She stuttered. I broke my heart hearing like this. "It's okay baby, I'm always going to be here to protect you..." I told her as I pulled away and held her face gently. "I want you to give us a Chance. Just one. I'll try my best to prove to you that I won't hurt you." I pleaded. My wolf wanted her to believe us. "I-I don't know.." She said looking down as tears started to fall. I lifted her chin up for her to look me in the eyes, "Just one, we'll take it slow. But please just one. This could be amazing between us. Don't you feel it?" I begged. I couldn't leave with out her saying yes to us. She looked at me as if she was searching for something. "I feel something but I don't know what." She said softly, as her eyes traveled down to my lips. I knew she wanted to kiss me. My wolf purred at the thought of having our mates lips on ours. "It's something amazing that can happen between us." I whispered, leaning closer to her. "Please...just One." I begged as I was inches from her lips. Her eyes closed as she whispered "okay." That's when I kissed her. I felt the sparks fly between us. I knew she felt it too, since she gasped at the feeling. I held her closer to me. Her hands made their way to my neck pulling me closer. My wolf howled in delight. Our lips moved in sync, I licked her lower lip asking for entrance, which she granted. Our tongues fought for dominance. But I won. I blended down picking her up, holding her from her delicate butt she had. She wrapped her legs around my waist as I made my way into her house. She not once stopped kissing me. Which I was pretty happy about. I followed her scent to her room, since it was pretty strong there. I laid her down with me on top of her. I positioned myself in between her legs holding my weight with my arms. I kissed her as if she would soon disappear. Soon I pulled away kissing her cheek down to her neck. Causing her to make the most beautiful moan I've heard. I kissed her till the base of her neck where I would mark her. My wolf fought for control, "Mark Mate!" She growled. As much as I wanted to I couldn't. I pulled away from her looking at her. I heard a small whimper come from her. Rejection flashed through her eyes but quickly disappeared as she looked away. My wolf growled at me because now she thought I didn't want her. "Hey, look at me." I told her. She kept looking at the wall next to us. I sighed and grabbed her chin gently making her look at me. "It's not that I don't want to keep going because believe me... I do. But i want our first time to be special." I told her with a small smile. She smiled back and nodded. I kissed her forehead smiling at the progress we were making. I looked up at her room. It was pretty big, her bed was by the far side of the wall. She had her closet on one side of the wall and her dresser next to her bed. Her window covered her whole side of her room. She had pictures hanging on the wall next to her bed. Till one caught my eye. It was one of her holding an other girl by the waist, kissing her on the lips. My eyes started to turn black and my wolf growled in anger that our mate had been with someone other then us. "Y-You ok?" She asked breaking me from the picture making me look at her. My eyes went back to my normal color. "Yeah. I'm ok." I said as I got up. I felt her sit up in her bed crossing her legs and staring at me. "I-I umm.. I didn't know you had tattoos on your arms." She said. I looked at my arms, I was covered in them. I had tattooed Sage on my Left side of my forearm. Detailed down to the fur. "Yeah, I got them done a while ago." I said turning to look at her. "Oh, I don't have any." She said looking down then back at me with the same smirk that drives me crazy. "But I really want one or two." She said staring at me. I smiled and started walking out her room into the dinning room where the broken table was at. The door was broken off. She came behind me looking at the place. "I'll pay for the damages. And it'll be done by the end of tomorrow." I said in a sharp tone. My wolf was angry that someone tried to attack our mate. And that someone was my BestFriend. "It's okay, my parents are away on a trip for another couple days. They'll be back Friday." She said looking at her house. "Okay." Was all I said. Since I was standing in front of her with my back towards her looking at the place she came behind me hugging me by the waist. I was surprised she was doing this. I smiled and held her arms in place. "I hope you don't hurt me.." She whispered so low that if it wasn't for my werewolf hearing I wouldn't have caught it.
