Coming out of a boring detention that lunchtime I found someone sitting next to the door. David stood up and towered over me, smiling.
“I never thought you of all people could wind up Ms Clifford so much to give you a detention” He shook his head in disbelief before stopping at the doorway outside.
“Well are you coming?” he asked me, pulling the door open for me with his muscly arm. No seriously I could see something flexing as he kept the heavy door open for me.
“Um ok. I better buy my lunch first though” I answered before slipping through the door and headed over to the cafeteria.
“Hey! Wait up. But you never buy your lunch. Are you even thinking about what savings you have left. You'll have to get a summer job just so you could buy your lunch at school.” David says, catching up to me. Oh yeah he knows about lolas past and me.
“Well, Georgie gave me some of her money to spend today so i'm fine” I replied, bringing myself into the conversation. I wonder what lola has told this cute guy about me?
“Yeah so how is the orphanage?” David asks me, sitting down behind a huge school building, I spy some smoke coming out of one of the windows so I presume it's a science block.
“Uh yeah it's good, everyones really welcoming and Georgies great!” I turn my attention back to him.
“Cool and how are the police charges going?” Wait what! Police charges? I didn't realise I said that out loud until David looked at me weirdly.
“Oh um. I finished those up” I said quickly, digging into my sushi.
“Cool. And you siad that Georgie and you look alike am I correct?” He asks.
“Yup practically twins!” I grin at him
“Yeah we've tricked a lot of people with our looks. . .Including you!” I laugh at him.
“Wait what?” Realization immediately dawns on him as he looks back at me.
“Georgie?” He asks. I nod my head, still laughing.

Maths was last for the day. Poo. David and I luckily shared this class and I was sitting there fiddling with my pencil until I looked at my wrist for the 100th time to find it says 3:00pm. Putting my hand up I addressed the teacher.
“Um excuse me?” The old hag looked over her computer screen at me.
“I need to go now” I started packing up.
“You will need to give me an explanation and it is not here on the synergetic so therefore you cannot leave” The teacher went back to her computer.
“But I have to leave!” I was up and by the door now, with the class and the teacher looking at me.
“Your mother has not contacted the school of your further absence so you cannot leave” she was a very stubborn old hag. I looked over at david for some help. All he did was motion for me to start crying. Why would I start crying? oh.
And right there. Right then. I started fake crying in the middle of a maths classroom in front of everyone. David came up to my side.
“She's from an orphanage! How can you speak to someone like that!” He practically shouted at the teacher who, blinking through my fake tears, looked pretty shocked. David lead me out of the classroom and down to the mini bus that was beeping out front.
“Thanks” I wiped my tears away.
“how can you do that!” He looked astounded. I grinned.
“5 years of acting classes pays off doesn't it!” I waved goodbye to him and ran of to the mini bus to a very grumpy looking Mrs Green.
