"I'M IN TEAM A!!!!!!" I yelled as I entered the comms to a chorus of whistling and 'GO DEVON!'s.
Yeah I'm called Devon now.
"So. . .Postion?" I think Cole already knows.
"ATTACKING MIDFEILDER!!!!" I screamed in his face.
"Ok ok. What class?" We walked out of the dorms and into the hallway.
"Geography then study but i'll catch you at lunch?" I ask him as he turns down the othe hallway.
"YEAH" I heard him yell before I was swept away in the crowd of guys. It's been around 6 weeks here now so i'm slightly more than halfway through the term and can't wait for the holidays. But i'm used to the guys now. And I like it that there are no bitchy snobs here!
"Goodmorning Lola" The teachers all insist on calling me lola. I gave up after 3 weeks.
"Morning" I greet them as I sit down the back with all the jocks. Ever since the trials and my amazing shots the jocks have kind of taken me during practise so I can teach them stuff. I'm that cool.
"So class. Please get out your books and turn to page 86. . ." The teacher droned on.
I wasn't paying any attention until I felt something hit my lap. A scrunched up ball of paper. I looked over at Jack the head Jock and saw him motion for me to open it. So I unfolded it and met a scrawled handwriting.
Wanna go to the pub on friday? Be my date?
I looked over at Jack. He was nice and everything but not so much my type. Ok he really is my type but Marc is cute, Spencer is cute and after Felix and him not phoning me I'm not trying to get another boyfriend anytime soon. But I would like to have a change of scene. . .
Fine, Meet u at the comms at 7?
I chucked the ball back at his head and his head snapped towards me.
"Open It" I mouthed at him and his smile widened when his eyes scanned the page.
"Yes" He mouthed back at me and shoved the paper in his back pocket.

Friday. . .
It's these times when you really need a girl to help you get ready for a date. I swear with so many guys around I have a small portion of testosterone in my blood now.
"COLE!" I yelled from the bathroom standing in front of the mirror in my dress.
"YAH!" He yelled from the other side of the door. I opened it.
"Is it too dressy?" I asked him as his mouth opens a bit in surprise.
"Your wearing a dress? And you have makeup on? With heels?" He gasped as I laughed.
"I know it's been a while since I actually looked like a girl!" I laughed with him. Since my first day of school it's either uniform or soccer gear for practise and sneakers or converses with lipbalm if needed. There's no point at all trying to look good at a guys school.
"But is it too dressy for the pub?" I asked him. His head snapped up.
"The pub?" His eyes clouded. I nodded.
"With who?" He asked. I stood back a step.
"Jack" I told him. He banged his fist against the door frame.
''That pub has a bad rep" He says.
"I'll be with Jack it'll be fine. I won't get too drunk" I told him as his eyes turned dark.
