Jo's POV
I open the doors to walk into Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. It was crazy and chaotic. I strolled to the front nurse's station and saw Dr. Webber there. "Hey Jo, I need you in the pit today," says Richard. I went to the residents' lounge and changed into my light blue scrubs, ready for an exciting day! Once I got to the pit, I was greeted by April and she told me what I needed to do. I opened the curtain to see Alex trying to keep a bleeding out kid alive. There was so much blood. I knew I was going to be sick. I rushed over to the nearest garbage can and threw up. "You okay over there!" Alex yelled. "Yeah I'm fine I just skipped breakfast," I yelled back. I went to the bathroom to wash up when I realized what the day was. I was 2 weeks late!
