So I am in 2 orchestras: the school one, which is too easy for me, and a more advanced one that is out of school. This part features the founder of the out-of-school orchestra.
For the sake of this, I'll call her Mrs. Patterson. Mrs. Patterson is not the most cheerful person in the world.
When I first joined the orchestra, it was a HUGE difficulty spike from what I was used to. So, naturally, I was having a pretty rough time at first. And this one piece in particular was pretty hard, and I was barely playing it, partly because good ol' Mrs. Patterson was breathing down my neck the entire time. When I was walking out at the end of rehearsal, she went up to me and said, "You need to work on that piece with your private teacher, because you're doing it all wrong."
Well I'm sorry for being crap at high school level music when I just got off of playing Ode to Joy and Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star!
The year after that, there were only 3 people in the viola section. We were having a hard time getting our part to sound loud enough, and since Mrs. Patterson was a violist, she played with us. I was last chair, so I had to share a stand with her, which was an interesting experience. Whenever the front stand screwed up, she'd point it out to me. And the one day, she arrived late, so I had my stand all set up at a good height, and when she came in, she yelled, "This is too high!" and lowered the stand as much as it can go. And then later she yelled at me for not holding the instrument correctly. Sorry, Mrs. Patterson. I can't hold it correctly because if I do, it blocks the ridiculously low music stand!
One rehearsal, I forgot a pencil, and she gave me one of hers:

You can't really see it, but it says 'DIE'. So, I just went on with rehearsal, and then, when we were taking a short break, Mrs. Patterson says, "Do you like my pencil?"
I was both creeped out and amused at the same time.
She did a few other weird things, but I might save them for a different part.
