Stealing Kisses

I found myself brushing passed his naked torso as I stepped into his room. I prayed that I held it together and didn't just jump on the poor guy. I mean standing there with his sculpted abs and broad chest, any girl would have been drooling like I almost was.

He closed the door after I entered and almost immediately I felt his presence right up behind me. "you look beautiful. As always" he said softly, then startling me slightly I felt him kiss my neck, just under my right ear lobe. I felt my heart leap into my throat, and my knees threatening to buckle. "Nico..."
"I know, I'm sorry, but I can't help myself" he shrugged, blushing a little as he moved passed me and to, I assume, the chair he had just been occupying. I felt my face colour up too. I didn't want him to stop. At all. But now wasn't the right time. Obviously. But his words put my stomach in knots.

"I actually was going to text you" he said, pulling on his top that had been sitting on the small table beside the chair. "I wondered if I could take you for dinner tomorrow evening?" he offered, turning back to me. "oh, um, I'd like to Nico, but I'm doing that fashion show for Jessie" I told him, immediately feeling bad. "well, how about we meet afterwards. For a drink maybe?" I offered, making him smile. "okay. Perhaps I'll come along to watch" he suggested with a grin. "oh yeah, I wonder, could it be for all the models that will be there?" I teased, raising an eyebrow at him. He chuckled and shook his head, walking the short distance over to me.

"you know my eyes are only ever on you" he whispered, standing centimetres away from me, staring down into my eyes. My heart leapt up my throat again, as I felt his warm breath fan across my face as he inched his face closer to mine.

Knock knock "Hulk mate, let's go!" Mathew called through the door, making Nico pause his actions. Maybe I was a good thing. He needed to focus and I certainly wasn't helping matters.

"go, I'll be waiting here when you're done" I smiled at him, still millimetres from my body. "good. I miss you" he said, then quickly he stole a kiss from my lips, making me giggle. He flashed me a cheeky smile, then turning to grab his water bottle.

"good luck" I grinned at him as he turned around, he flashed me a wink and a grin and then he was out the door.

I sighed, my feeble attempt at calming my butterflies was useless. As was my plan of not distracting him before the race. I shook my head at myself. Well, I guess it was time to get myself sat down before they all headed out onto the track.
