VICTORIA'S POV

We had photos taken outside of the church and I think we were all ready to be heading inside and out of the cold. We lay Whitney's train out so it fanned out behind her as she walked. Each one of us kissed her and hugged her good luck. This was it. We took our places behind her as the music began to play the wedding March. My pulse was racing.

.......

I followed Whit and her dad down the aisle, smiling to the occasional familiar face, which I admit was most of them, seeing as though I'd grown up with Whit.

As she finally reached the alter and stood beside her future husband, who by the way looked drop dead in his suit, I turned and headed over to the side of the alter to wait for the ceremony to begin.

"oh my God!" Kara whispered as she joined me, my heart instantly raced as I looked back at her. Lauren joining her at her other side. "hottie at 2 o'clock" she gasped, surprisingly only loud enough for us to hear. I rolled my eyes at her. "look how pretty he is" Lauren added. I frowned, this so wasn't the right time to be ogling the guests, but of course I had to look too. That's when my whole cool, calm and collected demeanour came crashing down.

........

I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I blinked several times, my eyes were surely playing tricks on me? "he's gorgeous" Kara whispered, bringing me out of my daze. Just then as we three were staring at him, his eyes flicked over to us. That huge, warm, charming smile lit up his face as our eyes locked. I could have crumbled to the floor there and then. But instead I flashed him the best smile I could, "oh God that smile" Lauren sighed. Had we completely forgotten we were in the middle of our best friends wedding?! "who is he?" Kara asked me, realising our exchange. "that ladies, is the thing I've been hiding from you" I whispered, then on cue I stepped forward to take Whitney's bouquet. How on earth am I keeping myself together?!

I stepped back into my place and held onto the flowers, my hands were shaking. I felt eyes on me from across the other side of the room and looking around, my gaze landed on Phil. He gave me a cheeky smile and a wink. Him! I playfully glared at him and I could see him chuckle. That's when we were kindly told to take our seats.

.........

I could hardly concentrate throughout the whole ceremony, knowing he was only two pews behind me. I felt that everyone would hear my heart pounding in my chest. The girls never said a word after I told them who it was. I think they were just awestruck by him. Who can blame them? I was and I'd known him long enough now!

The ceremony sailed through without a hitch, gladly, and the next thing I knew I was beginning my walk back down the aisle, joined by Phil. "Phillip" I said, pretending not to notice that smirk plastered on his face. "Victoria" I could hear the laughter in his voice. "I see you noticed your little surprise" he giggled. He actually giggled. "how could I not, Lauren and Kara were practically drooling" I broke a smile. Phil chuckled as we walked arm in arm out of the church. "how did you organise this?" I asked as we were led out onto the snow covered grass for more photos. "it was all Whit" he said.  "I just did what I was told, you know my sister" he laughed. That was true. "I guess I owe her a big one" I grinned, "nah, after today, I think you guys can call it even" he grinned.

..........

The photos went by in a blur. I was there when I needed to be, and organising people when I wasn't. I'd not yet spoken to Nico, I was dying to, but I noticed he was stood a lot with Winnie, Whit's auntie. Or great aunt if you want to be correct about it. I grinned, he'd pulled there. Poor Alf I giggled.

........

"how on earth did you keep that one secret?!" Lauren whispered as the four of us were back together again for more photos. I laughed, "like I wanted to discuss the finer details of my actions with him, to you two" I laughed. "I wouldn't Have minded hearing them. Hell he's fine" Kara said, making us all giggle. "I can't believe you kept it from me though!" I said to Whitney, all the while the photographer was snapping away. Heck knows what kind of images he was getting. "well I needed something to say thank you for being there" she told me. "I wish someone would send me one of those as a thank you gift" Lauren mumbled, making us all fall about laughing again. "he hasn't taken his eyes off you once" Kara said, making us all look at him, standing behind a couple of Whit's family friends. He saw the four of us watching him and he blushed bright red. "awww" the three of them cooed. Making me flush pink. "you'll have to introduce me to him soon" Whit said, making me nod. "does he have any friends?" Kara whispered in my ear.
