"you look beautiful" I smiled at her as she stood before me. Not a hair out of place, make up flawless and her beautiful gown fluffed around her, Whitney looked like the perfect bride. She took a very deep breath and smiled at me. "thank you" she answered. "the cars are here" I said softly, "it's time to go" I added, taking her bouquet off her. She nodded, taking another deep breath and she began to gently lift up the front of her dress. Frank, Whit's dad, took her arm in his, patting her hand warmly as he did. I watched as they shared a smile and suddenly the moment overtook me and I filled up.
Batting the tears away quickly, I called for Lauren and Kara to take Whitney's train. "no wonder you're Maid of honour, bossy knickers" Lauren muttered at me with a playful smirk on her face. I childishly pulled my tongue out at her. "shut up and get moving" I added, poking her in the side. It was time to get this show on the road.
