Well this was unexpected, nope, you could never see this coming, never in a million years.
With an almost dazed look on your face, you turned your head around to watch the hair on the back of Killer's head continue to bounce up and down as his arm tightened around you while he carried you on his shoulder.
Your wedding dress was shimmering in the moonlight, making it sparkle around the jungle, Kidd's distant shouts and curses met your ears when you saw the ship ready to set sail in the waters.
Suddenly, a bullet flew past your skull making you finally look back at the massive mob of soldiers being led by a tanned man with one of those fancy hats that the nobles here love to wear, "GIVE ME BACK MY QUEEN!!!" He shouted.
You only blew a raspberry at the weirdo, but wait...how did this all happen again???
The crew was screwed, the marine attack from earlier did a lot more damage than Kidd first thought it would, now it looked almost as if the ship was about to split in half at any moment.
But, to the rest of the crew's relief they heard you blow your 'emergency' whistle from the crow's nest, "LAND HOOOO!!! CAPTAIN! ISLAND ABOUT A FEW METERS TO THE NORTHWEST! IT'S A FALL ISLAND!"
You continued to wildly blow the thing as people below scurried around like a bunch of mice, with a small giggle, since Kidd didn't order you to do anything yet, you took the time to admire your engagement ring along with the sparkling of the waves.
Killer proposed to you during another island raid believe it or not, guys would usually try and make a special moment to do it but he just up and did it at one heck of an interesting time.
It shined greatly despite it's plain appearance, another thing that you liked, Killer knew how you didn't like to get too pampered, you liked gifts and all that other garbage but you despised it when it was over the top.

The ring was perfect, plain but pretty, it was kind of like you, though you didn't like that quality about yourself, back in your old town, guys would be after you all the time, but no matter how hard you tried to make yourself look dull and average, it would just somehow boosted up your charm.
So you stopped trying to look unattractive long ago, besides, you were engaged now with a charming gentleman, how could things go wrong?
Okay, things were going very badly, this just had to be the worst thing to happen now.
The guards at the shore refused to let the crew dock, and not only that, but they were threatening on contacting the marines if you didn't skedaddle immediately.
Just when they were about to get their den den mushi, you took action, knowing Kidd, all he'd do is threaten them and throw a hissy fit in rage, probably ending up in another bloody fight.
"WAIT PLEASE! Our ship is in tatters, and we need big repairs done, we won't cause any trouble to the island I swear! We just need a repair and then we'll go!" Killer smiled from under his mask, he loved how humble you were, no one else on the crew had the guts to plead like that, just too much ego.
One guard was just about to give a warning shot at you until a high and mighty voice hummed from out of nowhere, "oh? What do we have here?"
Both guards whipped around to see a tanned man dressed head to toe in fine silk, having a perfect posture, and wearing a ridiculous hat.

They both started to stutter in surprise until one of them immediately went down on one knee, "please forgive us your highness!"
Oh perfect! The king arrived! With a small smile you jumped off of the ship much to the crew's horror, and jogged up to the flabbergasted royal.
At the sight of you fast approaching, the guards moved to point their spears at your chest when the man immediately pushed them both away in a daze, never in his life has he seen such modest beauty.
He decided to make this woman his wife.
You took in deep breathes as the man you suspected to be their king stared down at you, with a small bow you hopefully looked up at him and smiled, "your highness, please, me and my crew only wish to replenish our supplies and fix our ship, then we'll be on our merry way"
As you pointed to your damaged ship, instead of looking in that direction his attention was brought to the shiny ring in your hand and scowled at it with bitter thoughts, 'dang! She's already betrothed to one of those ruffians! No matter, I'll soon sweep her off her feet in a moment' he smirked.
He put on a cheesy fake smile when you turned around to face him and gently took one of your hands to kiss it, "oh, of course my dear lady, feel free to dock here as long as you want"
While you only ignorantly thanked the man, Kidd clearly saw the man's intent and boredly yawned with a raised 'eyebrow', that guy was gonna have a really bad day if he thought Killer was just going to hand his fiancee over...
The redhead stiffened when he felt a terrifyingly dark aura form beside him, he cautiously looked beside him and dryly gulped at the sight of his first mate, the blonde was trembling with rage and you could clearly see the intention for murder written all over his body language.
Long story short, the guy sneakily separated you from the rest of the crew, tried to impress you with overly expensive and fancy gifts, then proposed to you in front of the whole kingdom much to your shock and utter disbelief.
Killer immediately threw a hissy fit and lost his mind when he heard of this, after that, the crew was locked up in the castle's dungeon while you were forced into a crazy wedding.
Anyway, I think we all know what happened after that...
Killer sighed in relief when the island was a few good miles away, but you just huffed and blew one last raspberry in the direction, jeez! The nerve of that guy! Trying to marry an engaged woman! Humph!!
But the blonde was quick to sweep you off your feet and purr at your surprised squeak, "hey (Y/N)? Since you already have a wedding dress on...can we get married now?"
You only blinked up at him and smiled while still trying to wipe off the heavy makeup that was forced upon you, "heck yeah!!"
