Reader X Katakuri: Change Fate Pt3

The whole table was uncomfortably silent, and all eyes were on the only man standing, though most of them were more shocked over what he said after he stood other than the act itself, there were still few who gawked in his unusual boldness and apparent defiance in the face of their mother.

Big Mom hummed with a frozen smile on her face, "Katakuri? You want me to marry her, to you?" The fanged man nervously frowned behind his thick scarf, trying to ignore the many stares cutting into him like thorns.

Suddenly his mother's smile turned into a frown, "stop spouting such NONSENSE!" Many of the younger children flinched back in fear, "why would I marry such an important woman to you? A FAILURE!" Katakuri felt his stomach drop- and it only worsened seeing his younger sister Flampe- the one who knew, struggle to keep back her laughter watching his plight.

"Give me one reason I should wed her to you" shaking off the feeling of dread forming inside of him, he steeled himself and prepared to make a high risk, because now, he wasn't just fighting for something for his mother's, or his family's sake, he was gunning after something for himself.

And that something, was a someone he really wanted to become closer with, someone he wanted to hold dear, intimately.

"I'll promise you this Mama, if you let me marry her, I swear I'll never disappoint you ever again" the gigantic woman froze with a smile on her face, eyes thankfully closed for the ones in the room who were near fainting.

"Katakuri" she opened her eyes and stared him down seriously, leaning towards him so closely he could almost see the danger glowing in her orbs, "do you know what your promising me?" Nodding his head, the sweet commander refused to back down, "Mama, I swear to you I will never lose again, with her by my side I promise you'll get nothing but victory from me" That seemed to have convinced her when she happily grinned childishly and leaned back.

"Alright then! Ma-mama-mama! It's decided then, (Y/N)-chan shall be married to Katakuri! Ah soon we're going to have a wedding! And a wedding cake! Oh I hope it's as delicious as the one I had last time!" Soon all the children were excused- much to their relief.

"And Katakuri" the stoic man froze in his tracks at the sound of his mother calling him, "I expect news of a child on the way in at least a month after the wedding" a blush hidden behind his scarf burned on his cheeks as he briskly nodded.

You nervously paced around in circles in your room, stomach growling even though your given plate was already empty and discarded on the floor.

The situation was- stressful to say the least, in fact you've been nothing but stressed during most of your visit to Totto land, and you were actually beginning to fear getting used to it.

Big Mom said she wanted you to marry, into her FAMILY.

That meant becoming a Charlotte, and having to be in a RELATIONSHIP with one of her many nerve wracking, lunatic sons, and being a pirate, and eventually having freaking KIDS  with the said lunatic son.

Oh man, who will she make you marry?

Oven? Oh man- that is a boiling marriage you did not ever want to experience.

CRACKER? Oh god please no, please you already had enough ego and arrogance for yourself- which was still low but good enough.

Perhaps Perospero? You didn't exactly know enough about him to be attracted or repelled, although he seemed nice enough to be generous to those kids- giving out candy all the time, but even so..
