Seto's POV
I was lucky enough to be given a brother, so when Lillyan accepted our relation that quickly, I didn't know how to react. I don't know the first thing about taking care of a girl her age! The least I can do is make sure nothing goes wrong with any boys. She can take care of herself around Wheeler, she's already showed that sniveling puppy who's boss. It's the Pharaoh I'm worried about. Where is he anyway? It's been hours, he'd normally be able to beat Bakura in a heartbeat.
Atem's POV
Well, that serious damage to my nervous system should take effect in about ten minutes. Wait, where in the Afterlife am I?
"Good, you're awake."
Bakura? That's right, I lost...
"I wanted to return you to Osiris as soon as you went under, but then I remembered your little Resistance friends."
"little Resistance friends"? Joey, Kaiba, Lillyan! No!
"Let's see if they have the guts to try and win you back..."
Seto's POV
Speak of Ra and he doth appear. Guess who we see on the monitors when they start flickering again.
"Hello again, Duel World. Anyone enjoying the new scenery? I know there are some of you out there who doubt you're in any danger. For those of you..." Bakura stepped to the side so the audience could see his prisoner. The Pharaoh, tied face-up to a massage table.
"He wears the Cone of Shame!" the mutt yelped.
"Go on, 'Pharaoh'. Call on your hero, Kaiba, to come rescue you."
Is he mocking me?
Rather than beg, like Bakura wanted him to, he didn't even look up. Instead, "Here I am, I'm calling out Father! Can You hear me? Can You hear me?"
However, Bakura was all but amused. "Oh, you're no fun." And the monitors flickered off.
Just our luck, we all have twenty dice. What have you gotten yourself into, Pharaoh? But don't worry about it.....
