An hour later I was taking a walk when someone comes running up to me. I look up and see Pat.

"Abbi... Good I finally found you." He let's out a long tired breath as if he's been running. "Why were you looking for me?" I ask.

"Coby said you had to talk to me about something." He tells me. Of course he did, I mutter under my breath.

"I do. Where have you been running off to lately?" I ask in a rush. "Uh.. I can't tell you." He says as he looks at the ground.

"Why not?" I ask. "Because I just can't." He says quietly. "Are you cheating on me?" I ask quietly. "What? No of course not." He says surprised.

"Then why won't you tell me where you've been going? Huh?" I ask, but he just stays quiet. "And why do you always run off and leave me alone?" I ask, but he still doesn't answer. "And why do I continue to fight for you when you won't for me?" I ask, but still he doesn't answer.

"Pat, this relationship is over." I say as I start to walk away. But he grabs my wrist. "Why?" He asks loudly.

"Because you don't even care about me! I'm the only one who wants this relationship! I can tell by the look in your eyes that it's true. So I'm done fighting for a worthless cause." I says as I pull free from his grasp and walk away.

I just keep walking until I realize I have no idea where I'm at. I look around panicked and decide to call someone to pick me up. I pull out my phone and dial Tod's number.

"Hello." He says. "Hey Tod. Can you come pick me up. I'm lost." I tell him. "Ok. Describe your surroundings." He says.

"There's an old cinema to my left and to my right there's an old junk yard." I tell him. "Oh. I know exactly where you are. I'll be there in 5 minutes." He tells me as he hangs up.

So I just take a seat on the curb and think about everything. I broke up with my boyfriend, my bestfriends cousin is missing, and my best guy friend is the only one that can comfort me right now.

I'm snapped out of my thoughts by Tod's car stopping next to me. I quickly get in.

"What are you doing out here?" He asks as he drives away. "I had an argument with Pat and walked away." I tell him blandly. "Argument?" He asks.

"Yep. I told him how I feel and he obviously didn't feel the same way. So I broke up with him." I say. "You did?" He asks in disbelief. "Yep." I tell him.

When he pulls up to my house I go to grab my phone that I accidentally dropped in the floor. When I lean up I'm only an inch from Tod's face.

He leans forward and connects our lips. I pull away after a couple of seconds though.

"I'm sorry, it's just to soon. I still have feeling g for Pat and I don't wanna ruin our friendship by rushing into a relationship." I say as I rush out of the car and inside.

I'm sitting at home a couple hours later when I hear the doorbell ring. I run down stairs and open it to find a excited Haley.

"Come on we have to get to Scarlett's!" She says loudly as she pulls me out the door. "What why?" I ask.

"I don't know. They just told me to grab you and hurry over there, so come on." She says as she pulls me to her car.

The whole ride she just keeps coming up with ideas of why we have to go there. When we finally arrive I just rush up to the door. I knock on it and Scarlett answers.

"You guys are here!" She yells as she hugs us. "Yep. What exactly are we doing here?" I ask nervously.

"You'll never believe it!" She yells. "What?" Haley asks. "They found Maggie!" She shouts. I immediately wrap her in a hug.

"This is great. Where is she?" I ask. "Oh well that's the not so good thing..." Scarlett says as she trails off. "What?" I ask as I pull away from the hug.

"She's in the hospital. He found her about an hour ago, she was beaten badly and was slowly bleeding to death. He found her just in time." She says quietly.

"Who found her?" I ask.

"Pat did." She says as I stare at her in shock.
