Chapter 19

Luke

The day had been going on so painfully slow, I couldn't figure out what I needed to make myself feel better.

I felt numb.
But then again, I felt sad.
I missed Calum.

I wanted to see him, considering we hadn't seen each other since our "date" more than a week ago I had felt a little lonely.

I pulled out my phone and texted the kind boy, that my couldn't escape my thoughts.

I got up from my bed and moved to the bathroom to fix my hair and wash up. I brushed my teeth and washed up my piercing. I had meant to text Alison again, and that piercing was a reminder everyday, only I just kept forgetting....

I heard my phone buzz and my heart quickened.

Just chillin .. all alone ? ;P come over ?

I changed into a over sized hoodie and some black skinny jeans, ripped at knees, and began my journey to his house.

Within 15 minutes I was there and waiting at his door step . He opened the door with a soft smile and I smiled back happily, truly happy.

He pulled me in and we ran up to his room. Immediately I noticed the smell, I closed my eyes and breathed in slowly. Calum has got to be one of the greatest smelling boys ever.

He came up behind me with tortilla chips and Oreos and kissed my cheek.

"I bring your favorites. Lemme go get the sprite and the salsa"

I nodded and sat on the bed with the bowl of chips and oreos while he ran down and grabbed what he said.

I turned on Netflix and put on "dazed and confused" I ate one of the chips and Calum skipped back up the stairs. He looked at the tv then back at me and smiled

"Say man, you got a joint?" He mocked . He pretended to take a drag from one then narrowed his eyes "iconic, man"

I laughed at his impression and nodded. He sat down beside me and put an arm around me.
"How have you been?" He asked and I looked at him and smiled,

"I've been okay" I replied shyly.

"That's good, babe" my body shivered at the sweet pet name and I cuddled more into his side. He pulled out an Oreo and fed it to me, I closed my eyes as I bit into it and when I opened them again, Calum's eyes were practically glued down to my mouth.

"Damn you look good" he whispered, but then scratched the back of his neck, "and all you had to do was bite into a cookie" he laughed.

I blushed and looked down, afraid to look into his eyes for whatever reason.

His hand fell to my chin and he lifted it up slowly, "what's going on in your little head? You're being so quiet"

I stared into his eyes, innocently.

I began to wonder what was going through my head- that Oreo was super good, one. Two, being with Calum made me feel so many happy amazing feelings . Three, this movie is such a good one wow. And last, gosh I really wanted to kiss Calum again

"I love being here with you" I whispered, and he smiled.

"I love you being here with me" I giggled and he moved our snacks and drinks aside. He pulled me onto his lap.

"You're such a prize, luke" he said slowly as he traces his finger around my thigh. I hummed in response, not being able to compose an actual sentence.

His face fell close to mine and my breath hitched. Our mouths so close, our noses touching, yet something keeping us from fully meeting.

We'd fall close then back slightly, the anticipation of wanting to kiss growing more and more, and our patience lessening.

He put his hands behind my neck and pulled me in closer, "cmon Luke" he spoke, with a raspy deep voice. Our lips brushed against each other, and I'm sure he was waiting for me to make the last move, but I was paralyzed.

So he finally pushed his lips against mine and I moaned out quietly, out of surprise, and much waited anticipation.

His lips felt so soft, strong, and warm against my small, cold and fragile pair. My hands stayed at his waist and his pointer finger and thumb played with my hair while his other fingers and other hand stayed at my neck.

I never wanted to lose this feeling. Our lips dancing together perfectly, our body's close and warm. I just wanted to be with Calum forever.
