Zeke's POV

I got quiet when Zac mentioned that Carson promised him to invite his Father.

So Duke is coming huh.

"Hey" tinapik niya ako which made me come back to my senses.

It was almost 10pm. I was seated at one of the high chair on the divider table near the kitchen.

"Hmm" I asked and took a sip of my beer.

She rested both her elbows on my lap.

"Aren't you going to bed?" she asked

"Susunod na lang ako. You go ahead. It's already late" I said and gently pushed her

"I..uh..I mean..If ever I tell you a secret, I hope nothing changes between us" she said and looked down

My forehead creased "what would that be?" I asked

"You'll know. Mauuna na kong matulog ha" she said.

Tumango lang din naman ako.

I woke up the next day a bit early.

I saw Carson checking her baby bump on the full sized mirror.

I didn't even realized it was already obvious.

I couldn't help but smile.

"Ang aga mo ata magising" I said

I went closer to her.

Humarap naman siya sakin with her lips pouting

"Zeeeeeeke! Mataba na ko." she said and even lifter her shirt to show her bump

"You do realize that that is a baby bump, right? You're not fat." I said

"I am. Look at my cheeks and look at my legs. They're getting fat" she pouted again

Umiling iling na lang ako.

"Stop stressing about it cause you're going to be one hot momma. Why are you up so early anyway?" I asked her and followed her to the kitchen

"Well, I woke up early cause I was a bit hungry and hindi na ako makatulog. Kaya I cooked breakfast and prepared Zac's baon" she said

Pinagtimpla naman niya ako ng kape, I saw her taste it and nanlaki naman ang mata niya at humarap saken

"Oh wait, papalitan ko na lang
I'm sorry" she said and was about to put the cup in the sink but I stopped her and held her by the waist

"Car, you know we made out and everything. Hindi naman ako LC pagdating sainyo ni Zac" I said

"B-but back then nung first day ko sa work.." she said with squinted eyes

"I was just messing with you back then. I'm sorry" I said chuckling

Umiling iling naman ito at nag bubulong bulong pa habang inaayos ang lunch box ni Zac

"Gagong 'to. Sarap bangasan. Pinagtitripan pa ako..tapos..tapos-" She gave me a glare at umiling iling ulit

Ang cute ng future wife ko.

"Are you coming with Zac again today?" I asked

Umiling naman siya

"No, I'm coming back to work today. Si Alliyah na daw muna magbabantay kay Zac since nandun din naman yung pamangkin niya.Sorry ha, medyo napatagal ang bakasyon ko." she said and glanced at me
