A's
March 15, 2014. First ever championship, hanggang ngayon, ayaw pa rin magsink in sakin.. We were the underdogs, losing Fab5 this season was a lot harder, we were a rebuilding team, we had the most number of games, this season was very very hard, lahat ng games, we needed to give our all, as in lahat, we were the last one to have a slot n final four, we needed to beat every team, hanggang sa kinailangan naming talunin ang NU ng twice to beat to be in finals.
Being the captain of this new team, I admit, it was really hard, I have a lot of responsibilities, I have to be the most matured one, yung magmomotivate sa kanila, yung ipapaalala sa kanila na if we lose, it's not the end and if we win, I'll make sure na it will not get into their heads, that every game is also a lesson.
Buti na lang, I have Kiwi, Ayel, Queen B, Ella, and of course, Den, with me.
Winning against La Salle and getting our first ever championship still feels like a dream.
"Hey," napatingin ako sa tumawag sakin.
"Hey," I called back. She side-hugged me as we look at the bonfire.
"Congrats, Captain."
"Nope, congrats to us, a dream come true."
"Indeed."
"And I am very happy to fulfill one of my dreams with you," I said to her while smiling. Nagulat na lang ako when she bite my shoulder, "ouch!"
"Corny mo," sabi niya pero nakatawa naman.
"Sus, kinikilig ka lang," I said then I sticked my tongue out.
"Yabang mo din minsan e, hahaha!"
"Hoy, nandito lang pala kayo," lumingon kami to see Ella na papalapit samin, "we're next, tara na," sabi niya.
Ateneo community gave us an appreciation award, nireplay pa talaga nila yung last point, hahaha.
"Bongga natin oh, we're everywhere," sabi ni Ella as she look sa phone niya.
"Mas lalo 'to si Ly," sabi naman ni Ayel.
Kahapon was the "H1STORY" and trending pa rin ang Ateneo, and Alyssa Valdez.
"Sandali," sabi ni Ella as she look at one of the pictures, then it made her laugh.
"Besh, why are you laughing?" tanong ni Den.
"Hahahaha! Look!" sabi ni Ella tas pinakita kay Den and Ly yung picture.
It was their photo, and the caption says, "AlyDen".
"AlyDen?" tanong ni Ly.
Den got curious kaya she get her phone and typed AlyDen sa twitter, and tadah.
"Mukhang may shippers na tayo Ly," Den said while laughing, tas pinakita kay Ly yung mga tweets, napatingin din sila Ella.
"DJBF is such a shipper," sabi ni Ly, kay DJBF kasi galing lahat nung photos based on the watermarks.
"Ang dami nila ha, infairness, kailan nyo balak umamin?" tanong ni Ella. Nagkatinginan naman yung dalawa, and both shrugged.
"I guess we don't owe anyone naman about our relationship? Time will come na aamin din naman kami, sa ngayon, I want to enjoy our privacy muna," sagot ni Den and Ly nodded.
But they didn't expect na aabot na sa management. Until one day, pinatawag na silang dalawa.
"Sir, why are we here?" tanong ni Den kay Sir Toni Boy, together with Vania, Alyssa's manager and Pat, Den's manager, and some Ateneo alumna.
