Tuka's P.O.V
"Right well, I'm off..." Selena mumbled in a harsh tone, causing everyone's heads to snap up in her direction. I couldn't help but feel slightly guilty with everything that has happened today. I can't even begin to believe what Selena is feeling, if she's feeling anything at all. I guess you could say we got off at the wrong foot, and I wouldn't want someone to hate me just because of my first impression, that's not the type of person I am. Since she stormed off upstairs, me and Justin just sat in silence, taking in everything that had happened. I was still shocked at the fact that, he kept his promise. He told me if it came to it, he'd drop her straight away. I knew it had been a difficult decision he'd had to make but, when those words fell out of his mouth, my heart stopped beating. Everything was just, a blur. "Well, thank you for coming anyway..." Jeremy mumbled, breaking the awkward silence in the room. When everyone else piled back into the living room, I found out quite a lot of things. One thing is for sure, they hate Selena. But they kept quiet for so long because Justin was so happy. When she came here tonight, they were dreading it, knowing she would of caused drama one way or another. But I can't help but feel as though it was my fault, causing all this stress on Christmas Eve. "Ill urm.. Ill walk you out.." I smiled warmly, standing up from my place beside Justin. She scoffed to herself, pushing her way through towards the front door. I shut the living room door behind me, stopping anyone frm hearing our conversation. "Listen Selena-" I called out as the door opened, she cut me off almost straight away, like she'd been holding something in for a long time. "He'll come crawling back, he always does.. I expected better of you, you know. But you're nothing but a slutty gold digger.." She smirked, placing her bags outside before crossing her arms, raising her eyebrows as if she expected a reaction from me. Was I going to give her one? Hell no. I wouldn't give her the pleasure of that. "If I'm such a slutty gold digger, then what are you? Fame Whore in the making?" I smiled sarcastically, watching as her face turned red with anger. If it wasn't for the fact that I was trying to sort things out, I would of laughed right now.
"I'm not a fame whore! At least I don't steal people's boyfriends!" She shouted, her voice high and squeaky. I shook my head, chuckling coldly. "No, you just cheat on your own so they feel the need to find someone else.." I mumbled, maybe a little too loud for my liking. Selena scoffed, her patients running thin by the look on her face. "He'll come back, he always does.. He wouldn't want to stay with a poor, pathetic, fat bitch like you.." She smirked, as I felt a few tears reach my eyes. I can't show her weakness, I just can't. "Spitting insults at me? That's a little low even for you.." I hissed, blinking the tears back. She shook her head, stepping closer to me. I stepped backwards, hearing the door open beside me, which Selena clearly hadn't heard. "You know what? I knew better than to trust Justin with a Gold Digger, I knew from the moment you stepped into our lives you were after one thing.." She spat, raising her hand at me. I knew what was coming, and I couldn't care how much it hurt, how much it would sting afterwards. If this meant that I'd still be with Justin, fighting off his ex, taking as many hits to the face as I could, then it was worth it.
Justin's P.O.V*few minutes before*
I sat in the living room, waiting patiently as Tuka walked Selena to the door. I knew what Tuka was doing, she was going to try and apologise, something Selena doesn't accept. "I'm glad this has happened.." Mum mumbled, breaking the silence. Za laughed through his nose at her comment, shaking his head. "What do you mean?" I frowned, everyone else smiling to themselves. "You've finally disconnected yourself with that.. Nasty piece of work.." She smiled, referring to Selena. If I knew my family hated her so much I wouldn't of gone back so many times. But of course, they saw how happy I was, and chose to ignore the fact that I'd drop her within seconds for my family. "I'm surprised you had the balls to do it mate.." Za chuckled, patting my shoulder. Paul sat on the arm of the chair beside me, nudging me. "I support yours and Tuka's relationship, as does Za.. Welcome to the family son.." He smiled, giving me a manly hug. I smiled, looking around at everyone else who nodded in agreement. It felt weird having so much support, so much love in one room. "Sorry for all this drama guys.." I groaned, running my fingers through my hair. "Its okay son, it had a good outcome anyway.." Dad smiled, playing with Jazzy's hair. The amount of crap I have actually put my family through is stupid. They shouldn't have to live with this, no one should. "I just hope this is it, for everything.." I mumbled, standing up from my spot. I opened the living room door, shutting it quietly as I saw Tuka take a few steps back, Selena walking towards her as she raised her hands.
"Dom't you dare.." I hissed, stepping in front of Tuka. Selena's facial expression changed from angry to calm in a matter of seconds as her hands lowered almost instantly as the sight of me. "J-Justin she was.." She stuttered, pointing back over at Tuka, who stood there shaking with fear. I chuckled at Selena, confusing her even more. "Haven't you left yet?" I raised my eyebrows at her, seeing her face drop. She shook her head, looking over at Tuka once more. "You'll come back, I know you will.." She smiled, running her fingers through her hair flirtatiously. If I'm honest, it sickened me how desperate she was being right now. "Why would I if I have the most amazing girl at my feet?" I smiled, reaching my hand behind me, I took Tuka's hand in mine, pulling her beside me. Selena scoffed at the sight, shaking her head. "You need me.." She smirked, thinking she'd won. I don't need her, not any more. My eyes have finally opened. "I don't need you, not any more.." I smiled, kissing Tuka's cheek, making her blush. But of course, this only made Selena worse. "You can't do this to me! I need you! I need you else everything goes out the window! Justin please!" She pleaded, grasping hold of my hand. She pulled and tugged, trying to get me away from Tuka, but I snatched it back. "You don't need me, you need my fame, my money, publicity.. Please just do us all a favour and leave!" I mumbled, raising my voice at the end. She sighed, running her fingers through her hair before grabbing her bags. "You'll regret this.." She hissed, slamming the door behind her. "I-I'm sorry Justin.. I didn't mean for this to happen..." Tuka gushed, taking my face into her hands as she spoke. It was kind of cute how she was worrying, how she'd thought she'd wrecked everything, but she hasn't. She's made my life, so much better. I don't even know why I'd never seen it until now. But I'm glad I do now. "Tuka.." I mumbled, hearing her babble on even more, until I finally gave up and smashed my lips against hers, feeling her smile against my lips. "I babbled didn't I?" She blushed, running her fingers across her lips. I nodded, chuckling at how sweet she was. "Right, lets get on with Christmas now aye?"
