Chapter Forty-eight- Day One

Logan

Day one of being a good girl. I only have to do this for two weeks and then I can do whatever I want after.

"Do I look like a good girl?" I asked Sam while walking into his room. He was putting on a shirt and then he stared at me oddly. I was a cute little sweater vest combo with a pair of leggings and my hair was curled and tied up into a high ponytail. I heard that high ponytails mean you're preppy and all for being a good kid. I mean why do cheerleaders wear such high ponytails?

"You look like a fucking weirdo." Sam said scrunching up his nose. I looked into the mirror and smiled triumphantly.

"Perfect." I nodded going downstairs. Jake was walking through the hallway looking at his song book and humming. He saw me and stopped dead in his tracks and cocked his head to the side.

"You're actually serious? Wearing a sweater vest doesn't make you a good kid, Logan. You can wear anything and still be a good kid." He pointed out.

"Yes, but I am making it look believable father dear." I said stuffing on white converse. He sighed and continued to his office as Sam came down the stairs.

Once I got to school I made my way over to Johnny and he did the same thing and raised his eyebrow at me.

"What are you doing?" He asked.

"That sweater vest is not really you, Logan." Finn whispered.

"Everything is my thing, Finny boy." I pointed out.

"From this day on, Logan Everton doesn't swear, fight, or talk back. She is a good girl." I smiled and Sam pinched the back of my arm and I jumped and glared at him.

"Mother fucker why did you do that, you little shit?" I snapped and they all laughed.

"You're still Satan." Sam chuckled.

"I am not. Watch." I assured while turning and straightening my sweater vest.

"Hi Taylor!" I waved. Taylor, Melody, and Jamie looked up and looked to each other before staring at me disgustingly and shaking their heads.

"Bite me you bitch." Taylor snapped and I faked a gasp.

"Why I would never do that. That could hurt you." I noted, they all stopped dead in their tracks.

"Is she serious?" Melody whispered confused.

"No, she's messing with us. Come on." Jamie informed while walking away.

"See? I was so nice." I said triumphantly.

"For two weeks? No." Blondie said shaking his head and the guys all began laughing at my declaration.

"Nope." Ryan agreed.

"Hell no!" Finn hollered.

"It was a good effort." Johnny assured while patting my shoulder. My jaw dropped and I frowned. They didn't think I could do it?

"I will show all of you that I will be the nicest person in the world." I snapped while walking into the school. I placed my books into my locker and made my way to class while passing Principal Kane.

"Good morning, Principal Kane." I smiled. His eyes widened and he fumbled for words.

"Logan? I-uh good morning Ms. Everton." He nodded. I continued walking down the hallway and more people watched me silently. I had a smile on my face as I stepped into the classroom and took my seat at the back.

For the whole period I focused on doing my work and hardly spoke to anyone. I heard people whispering about me and it bothered me a bit but I tried drowning them out.

"She's not actually serious. Her soul is like a black, bottomless pit." I heard Taylor say.

"She's pure evil. No one would ever be fooled by her." Jamie added. I slammed my pencil down and looked up at the three of them.

"I'm trying to be nice and you three are making it difficult! Just shut up before I throw a chair at your head." I grumbled.

"Logan, did you know I fucked Johnny last year?" Taylor asked while smirking. Our teacher was on the phone outside the classroom and everyone stopped talking to watch.

"I beg to differ Taylor, have you seen your face?" I asked.

"Johnny didn't mind. Pulling on my hair and everything." She said. I glanced at Johnny who pinched the bridge of his nose and shook his head.

"We did not." He said clearly annoyed.

"Taylor just do your work." I smiled. I went back to my book and shook my head and rolled out my shoulders.

Sam

"I sucked his dick behind the bleachers in grade ten." Taylor said. I chuckled to myself until I saw the grey waste bin from the opposite door being thrown into Taylor and I paused, my eyes widening as Logan stood. Despite her little cute outfit, she had a look of hatred on her face.

"Logan!" I said looking back at her as she wiped her hands.

"What? I didn't throw a chair. Ms. Louis! The janitor forgot to take out the garbage, its right there." Logan called while pointing at Taylor who had garbage all over her and the waste bin at her feet.

"Taylor! What happened?" Ms. Louis asked running over. Taylor looked at Logan who had an evil smirk on her face.

"Clearly I am garbage." Taylor said sarcastically and Logan began laughing. She tossed her head back and shook her head.

"I'm glad you can admit it."
