Chapter 22: Together
Johnny
Logan pulled her flannel around her tightly as I drove out of the parking lot, she only stared out the window while biting on her nail nervously. I reached across and placed my hand on her thigh and squeezed the soft flesh and she went to move away and I smacked her thigh gently.
"Don't fucking move from me, pretty girl." I warned while facing her and she sunk back into her seat and pushed her thigh towards me and I smirked happily while placing my hand even further up her thigh, feeling the heat from the apex between her thighs and I tightened my hold. I didn't want to freak her out but I wanted nothing more than to sink inside of her and stay there for the rest of my life. I'd die a happy man.
My parents were out for a pack meeting this weekend so I wasn't bombarded when we got to my house. Thank the gods, I loved my mom but I was her youngest son and so she was very overbearing and dad, hell, dad seemed to only care about me taking over the pack since my other brothers were not doing it.
"Where are your parents?" Logan asked quietly as I opened the door for her and let her inside.
"They're at a pack meeting for the weekend with some of our distant relatives." I said, closing the door behind her and she turned to look at me, her doe eyes wide with pure and utter innocence.
"House to yourself?" She asked.
"Yeah, for a bit at least; Finn and Blondie are throwing a party." I said. Finn and Blondie loved parties, it was fun having drinks once in a while but those two loved partying. Ryan and I were the more laid back ones.
"What are you doing?" She asked as I walked to the kitchen and I heard her small feet followed behind me. I said nothing while opening a cupboard I knew my mom kept the good stuff in and once I found it, I tossed the box on the counter and it slid over near Logan and she looked at it.
"Cake mix?" She asked while turning the box and a smile was on her face and I proceeded to get everything else we would need.
"It's vanilla with...candy confetti in it. Exciting isn't it?" I said and she tossed her head back and laughed and I couldn't stop the grin on my face from seeing her laugh and seeing the happy look on her face.
"You want to bake a cake?" She asked.
"Yeah, so hard to believe?" I asked and her eyes scanned me from head to toe, her eyes lingering on the tattoos on my skin and neck and then on the piercings on my face and I rolled my eyes.
"So, I like to bake cake and you like to watch romance. Seems like we both have guilty pleasures, huh?" I asked standing across from her and she chuckled while looking at everything.
"Just...would never have pictured you...of all people, baking a cake with candy confetti." She said with a giggle and I smiled at her reaction while beginning.
"My mom is the baker, she would have my brothers and I bake a cake with her when one of us was upset. It was the one thing my father allowed us to do that wasn't sports or training. I guess because he could never tell my mom what to do." I explained with a happy smile and Logan looked at me.
"You have brothers? I saw the picture in your room." She said, looking at me curiously.
"Youngest of five. My mom had no girls. She said after the third boy she really wanted a girl but, now she can never picture having a girl. She's used to a house full of boys."
"How come you never mentioned them?" Logan asked me and I shrugged while focusing on the mixing.
"They have packs further away and I hardly see them. My one brother is attending university in the city and he lives on campus." I explained.
