WARNING: CONTAINS SOME GORE
Steve's eyes fluttered open, groaning at his headache. He didn't recognise these dark surroundings. Looking around the small room, he slowly got up. His arms hurt and something cold was secured tightly around his neck.
He examined his sore arms to find two big purple bruises, one on each arm. Steve poked his neck and felt something metallic. When he tried to pull it off, something zapped him and, holy Notch, it was painful. He yelled in shock and let go, falling to the floor. The pain faded.
Steve touched the metal thing in his neck gently, not wanting to activate it again. He felt a chain at the back and turned to face a dark red wall. Steve followed the chain and began to panic as he realised it was attached to the wall. He was trapped.
A tidal wave of memories hit Steve like a truck. No...no no no! Last thing he saw before blacking out was Herobrine. That meant...he had been kidnapped!
Steve heard a heavy door open and screamed, his heart beat rising. Light entered the dim room, being mostly blocked by a familiar figure in the doorway.
"Hello, Stevie." Herobrine greeted, closing the door behind him. "Did you enjoy your rest?" Steve's eyes widened and he pushed himself up against the wall.
Hero brine's glowing eyes dimmed slightly as he walked calmly up to the shaking mortal. Steve cracked under the fear and whimpered. Herobrine towered over Steve, who was using all his strength to not cry.
"W-What...d-do you wa-want..?" Steve stuttered, his voice wavering. Steve was surprised he had managed to speak. Herobrine was grinning again. Cruel chills coerced Steve's entire body.
"I can't tell you just yet but," Herobrine grabbed Steve by the neck and slammed him against the hard wall. Steve cried out in the shock and pain. Herobrine squeezed tighter, it amazed Steve how he didn't snap the metal that was around his neck. "You'll find out eventually."
Steve was clawing at Herobrine's hands, struggling to breathe. No air reached his lungs.
"P-Ple...ase...I-I...ca...n't...bre...brea...the!" Steve choked, begging for even a little air. Herobrine let Steve drop to the floor. Steve held his neck and panted heavily. He was crying now. Tears flowed freely down his cheeks and splashed onto the floor. Herobrine chuckled darkly at Steve's pain.
"I'd love to see you squirm after I rip your throat out and you struggle take your last breath." Steve gasped and did his best to put some distance between him and Herobrine. Unfortunately, the wall was right behind him and that prevented him from getting away.
Herobrine crouched down to Steve's level. Steve whimpered loudly and closed his eyes shut tight, praying that all this was just another dream.
Excruciating pain shot up from Steve's leg as Herobrine stabbed one with a dagger that Steve hadn't seen before. His screams could have been heard a mile away. Screams that made his throat red and raw.
Steve had never experienced pain like this before. It was pure agony. His tears might as well been waterfalls. Herobrine yanked the dagger out and blood poured out of the wound. Herobrine stabbed Steve again, this time in his right arm. More pain erupted from Steve's body as he let out another loud cry.
Herobrine ripped the dagger out again and licked it. The blood that drenched it was tastier than expected. He licked off the rest of the blood and then chuckled.
Steve couldn't fight. Steve couldn't run. He couldn't escape. Even if he didn't have any metal around his neck-which he figured out to be a collar-the pain was too grand.
