Unfortunately, Helen heard everything Julia said. Helen didn't mean to hear it, she just brought dinner to Julia. She thought of a brilliant idea to keep Annie and Julia apart from each other for a while.Instead of studying inside the house, they could study in the vast land behind the house. It was a beautiful green land filled with tall trees. Next day Julia returned home to the smell of the freshly baked cookies and well made sandwiches.
"What is this all about? "inquired Julia.
"Well I think it's better if we studied outside. We would enjoy the nice wind and study better. We could also have a small picnic. I baked some cookies and made some peanut butter and jelly sandwiches", replied Helen with a smile on her face.
Julia loved the idea a lot and agreed to it. She went and changed her clothes while Helen packed the food. Julia got dressed and got her books ready. The weather was warm and cozy. Helen placed the food on the ground and sat. Julia did the same. They studied for a while and then took a break to eat some snacks.
"Helen, can I ask you something? "said Julia.
"Sure, go ahead ", replied Helen.
"Why do you treat everyone so compassionately and so kindly? "
"That's because",replied Helen, "I believe that we should remain kind and help our fellow beings. I mean if we didn't , then who would? "
Julia was impressed by Helen's deep thinking and wise nature. After they finished their studies and picnic, they decided to walk around the field. While they we're having a nice walk, they found an enormous tree with an old tree house.
"Let's go check it out",said Julia. "Sure ", replied Helen.
They found it very organised and there were beautiful paintings on the walls. This came as a great shock to Julia and Helen.
"I have an idea. Tomorrow we can come again and study here ", said Julia.
Helen agreed to the idea. Next day, they returned back to the tree house and found it organized as it was yesterday. As usual they studied for a while then had a snack. After that, they returned back home.
"I really enjoy with you Helen. Studying is much more interesting with you", cheered Julia.
"I enjoy with you too, Julia. Thanks to you, I am being educated," replied Helen.
Both smiled at each other and then Julia went into her room to change her clothes and put her books back into their placed. Then she layed on her bed and started thinking about the tree house . "Who built it? Who placed all these paintings? How did that person get here?" Too many questions ran through Julia's head.
