A Party Like No Other.

Lexi.

"So are you going to Jackson's party tonight?" Emma asked and I nodded.

"Of course who do you think I am?" I snickered and she just laughed.

"I know seriously Em, you know how much of a party girl Lexi is on a Friday night," Syd teased and I nodded.

"Exactly thank you Syd," I said and wrapped an arm around her.

"Woah Lex that's my girl," Brain said while snatching Sydney away from me.

"You can fight me," I teased while giving him the finger.

"Name the time and place baby Lex," he said and stuck his tongue out.

"Alright break it up guys, I don't need you harassing my girl," I heard Marks' voice say as he snaked his arm around my waist.

"Thank you babe," I said with a smile and kissed his cheek.

In the pit of my stomach I felt something off when I called him babe. Although it was just a tease it had this greater effect on me and not in a good way.

I quickly pulled away when I got an uneasy feeling in my stomach.

"Hey Lexi are you alright?" I heard Liam say as he tried to clam me down.

"Um y-yeah I think I just have to get home and get ready for the party," I said in an uneasy tone.

"Seriously Lex you don't look so good," Amanda said and I shook my head.

"Hey what did you do to her Mark?" Chase teased and he just shrugged.

"Look guys, I'm fine. I'll see you tonight, but for now I just have to go home okay?" I said and they all nodded.

I turned around, still feeling nauseous and walked out of the school. I walked out to my car and drove off.

Hopefully I'll be fine for the party later.

"Shawn I'll be fine I promise, you don't have to worry about me," I said as I grabbed my bag from my room.

"Lex, your parents told me to look after you, and that's what I'm trying to do. Why don't your friends come over here?" Shawn said, blocking the doorway so I couldn't leave.

"Because we made these plans ages ago, now can I go please?" I begged and he sighed.

"How could I ever say no to you," he said and rubbed the back of his neck while moving away.

"Thank you Mr. Mendes," I teased and made my way past him.

"Of course, just be careful okay?" He said and I saluted at him.

"Will do," I said and ran back down the stairs and out of the house to Amanda's car.

"Hey party girl, you ready to go?" Amanda said as I sat down in the passenger seat.

"Of course she is, she's a party animal after all," Liam teased from the back seat.

"Oh shut up," I said and Amanda started slowly driving away from my house.

"Who's car is that in your driveway?" Emma asked and my eyes began to follow Shawn's car.

"Um my aunts. She's w-watching me until my parents c-come back," I lied and they all nodded.

Seriously? You guys bought that? So much for knowing me so well.

"Weird, I thought she drove a Toyota, not a jeep," Amanda said and I shook my head.

Well at least one of you caught on, not that I want you to or anything.

"She traded in," I said and she nodded.

"Well then how about that party?" Chase said breaking the lies being exchanged and everyone in the car started cheering.

If only they actually knew.

"Holy shit!" I yelled while taking another shot.

"Damn Lex better take that alcohol away from you," Mark said while grabbed the bottle of tequila away from me.

"Oh come on baby you know I just like to have fun," I teased and tried grabbing the bottle back.

"Sorry Lex but you're done," he said and took a swig straight from the bottle.

I laughed at the face he made as he tried to force down the alcohol. I'll admit, we've already had about three drinks and two shots, so I think it's safe to say we are whatever is above wasted.

"Damn that's strong!" Mark chuckled and I nodded.

"That's what you said when you had the first shot!" I yelled over the loud music.

Just then, my head started spinning. Everything around me started to go blurry, and I felt like I was about to pass out.

Usually drinks like these don't have much effect on me, but in this case, it did.

"Hey Mark, I think I have to go home now," I said and pulled him closer to me so he was able to hear what I was saying.

"A-alright," he slurred and walked into another room to tell everyone I was leaving.

I walked into the living room where every single teen was sucking faces with another. I grabbed my purse from the couch that two people, who were obviously about to get it on in front of everyone, were sitting on.

I got my phone out of my bag and called an uber. I started heading towards the front door when I felt my phone go off.

Shawn.

Shawn: Hey, I'm going to bed now, but you can call me if you need anything. x

I smiled quietly to myself and felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist.

"I'll wait outside with you until your ride comes okay?" I heard Marks' voice say and I nodded.

The amount of alcohol coming off from his body burned my nose. His words sounded like it was meant to be in a harsh tone, but I know that maybe it was just the alcohol.

We both walked outside and we both stood there saying nothing. I grabbed my bag, trying to look for my house keys so I wouldn't have to search for them later. Then I heard something fall to the floor.

"Fuck," I scoffed under my breath and realized it was my phone.

I tried grabbing my phone, but Mark snatched it before I could get it. I tried grabbing it from his hand, but it was too late.

"Alexis, who's the person with no contact name?" He asked and his tone was stern.

Well fuck.
