I had friends.
I'm an adult now though. Friends are more of a high school thing. When you get out it's more of family than friends.I wish I had one though.
At least someone to give me advice.

"Where's your family?" You must be asking.
Well they live in the United Kingdom. I was told if I move here to the United States they'll never speak to me again. Guess what I did? I moved, left them behind. I've never seen them since the day I packed my bags and left, exactly two months after high school.
United States gives opportunities. When I came here I immediately went straight to college. I'm almost done with my Bachelor's Degree and I may become a teacher. I don't know yet really. I want to become involved in music though. I like singing. My mom taught me.
My dad taught me everything I need to know to advance in this world when I grow up.
He never told me that a man named Justin Bieber can hurt me.

Talking about him, here he comes!

He's wearing his denim jacket as always. He has different kinds though which I all love. His hands in his pockets. Those jeans hug his whole entire legs so well even seems like he has more ass than me.

I'm a small figure though. The only thing I like about myself are my eyes. I hope Justin got lost in them too when we made contact.

I was too busy thinking about him when I saw he had a girl by his side. They were both talking and laughing, his arms wrapped around her waist. I felt my eyes stinging and my heart being ripped out of my chest.
I got up dropping my coffee. Everyone's eyes were on me, including his. I cover my face with my hands and run out the store. The wind blows across my face. I look right and left and decide to run to the left. I don't know where I was going.
I was just crying and running until my heel broke and I fell to the ground.

I scraped my knee and that's when a tear dropped to the ground. It was so silent in the area that you could hear the little splash of the water.
I couldn't handle it no more. I layed back on the ground facing the sky. My heart was bursting and my cheeks became wet. The little streams of water tickling my neck. I quieted down and was still facing the sky.
Seeing the clouds being pushed by the breeze. Until I noticed something. A little yellow star in the sky.

Impossible. A star in the clear blue morning sky? I must be imagining.
Maybe I'm imaging someone yelling something too.

I get up, wiping my tears away. It wasn't my imagination, someone is actually yelling something and running towards me. It looks like a person. Can it be Justin?

I wipe my eyes more and rub my nose with my sleeve. I blink several times and I can see better. I start hearing what they're saying now, "Hey! Are you okay?!" The figure finally comes up to me, hovering above me. It isn't Justin though, it's a girl.

"W-what?" I ask dusting my hands on my pants.

"You're laying down on the sidewalk. You're bleeding! Do you need me to call anyone? Did someone attack you?" She takes out her phone but before she dials any number I raise my hand in the air.

"No, no. I'm alrig-"

"You're crying. Oh my God. What happened?" She squats next to me. I look around now. I think I'm in KoreaTown. Has the familiar hill streets and apartments. I'm in a neighborhood, I must've cause disruption.

"I'm fine. Um- is this KoreaTown?" I feel a little lightheaded. I might throw up coffee.

"Yeah. I live just above this hill. Come, I have a first aid kit and can treat your knee." I look at the girl. She's very pretty. Doesn't seem like a kidnapper, but you can't judge someone by their looks. Can you?

I nod getting up

I nod getting up. "Okay."

"Ow! It burns." My leg sort of jerks as she dabs alcohol on my knee. It looks really bad, it's covered in dirt and the blood is running down my entire leg. The whole knee cap is scraped off.

"Just stay still. I'll be right back. I need more water." She gets up from the floor and walks to the kitchen. I hear the faucet run and close. She comes back with more water. She takes a cotton ball, dips it in water and cleans all the blood running down my leg. After several stings of alcohol later she gives me a huge bandage. "There that should do it." She starts collecting the materials and puts them back in the little red box.

"Thank you so much." I sniffle a little.

"Hey, what happened?" She looks at me a bit concerned.

"It's stupid. Really." I rub my eyes

"Okay. What's your name?" She gets up now to sit on another couch.

"I'm Ariana." I say and hope my hands together for no reason.

"I'm Katherine, you can call me Kathy though." I nod and sit there in silence. "Do you want anything? Something to eat?"

"Do you mind if I eat everything in your fridge?" That makes us both laugh, she has such a nice laugh.

"Well you must be very hungry Ariana. Want me to order some pizza? Two boxes maybe?"

I dig in my pockets which are completely empty besides my phone. "I don't have any money on-"

"Don't worry it's all on me. What kind do you like?"

"I love cheese pizza."

"No fucking way! I love cheese pizza too. You like breadsticks?"

"Yes!" I feel like I'm drooling. I am really hungry.

"This cannot be a coincidence. We're destined to be friends." She has a huge smile and so do I. I haven't heard anyone call me a friend before, it feels nice.
