The soup on the timber surface got colder than before. I continued to swirl the viscous green consistency around the bowl with loss of appetite.
My thoughts were dominated by Ash and the cruddy threat he was trying to pull.
The Prince of Fire was just an astray spoiled boy wanting to win the game in which he was the loser."Where is all of Darkness, father?" I noticed the absence of black trousers and gowns around us. It appeared only the invited visitors occupied the contemporary seats styled in bleached colors.
"They have deported back to their lands, promising to arrive sharply at sunrise tomorrow. I guess it's for the better, less dilemma in the Kingdom." My father concluded quite carelessly at their choice. He was wrong in saying that, we still had Fire Elementals living under our easy-melting walls. Although he was right in one thing, the Darkness Elementals were evil; even cruel to the term itself.
Water Royals entered the colossal room wearing their plain ocean clothes. Water King approached our table with the Queen and Prince trailing an inch behind.
"I am greatly apologising for the disturbance. King Darren can I have a quick word with you?" The Water King requested, his gaze concentrated on my father. The other Elementals secretly spied on the interaction from the comfort of their bowls.Water King and my Father shared a few words before both egressed the dining room.
"Please have a seat." Queen Beatrice motioned to the empty chairs at our table. Prince Nathan sat on my left and their Water Queen shifted closer to Alayna's mother."Good Morning." Nathan greeted us and I mumbled a hello. "Hi." Said a very high pitched voice. I internally rolled my eyes 360 degrees.
My eyes travelled to Alayna that appeared under some sort of panic. Did my sister found the Prince appealing? It appeared so judging by the little redness on her pale cheeks.
Standing up I smiled down at the two. "Where are you going?" My sister gulped too scared to even spare Prince of Water a glance, who raised a questioning brow."To fetch Anna, excuse me." I once again provided her with a smile and silently bowed leaving my sibling behind. She wouldn't like to know where I was actually going.
"Princess Elizabeth you haven't finished your soup!" She voiced out, her tone cracking.
I pretended not hear and fastly left. Proceeding to search of the two Kings that left just before me. I trailed the familiar halls. I knew if the matter was important my father will find a place where they would never be heard. If it was truly important my father wouldn't even risk handling business in his office. As I entered an alley well hidden from uncommoners view I heard the two converse.
