Dear Royal Princes,

The time is short as I make such a rushed decision. The Heir of the Ice Throne has been nearing the blossoming age, and soon to be Queen, our Ice Princess is in need of a lovely consort. To celebrate, I am hosting a grand ball in two weeks and no day to spare.

You are invited to honor the Ice Crown.

With no history in record, Ice Royals wish to be the first in extending our hand of peace. I give my utmost permission, for you, as a possessor of a distinct element to compete for my daughter's hand, and a ruling seat if you dare. It is fair to declare that your powers will be assessed through sets of troublesome tasks, at times perhaps even galling ones.

I want this day remembered and spoken of in many generations to come. For I fear this might be our last chance at coming together as one nation and one world.
