Cosmic Feelings

(Blaze's POV)

With all the stuff happening I haven't stopped to think about how beautiful Kade is or think about my feelings. I didn't realize the mourning my wolf was doing in my soul. The feeling of her in my arms was strange I loved it though.

Her scent was hanging in the air ,and her arms were tight around me. "Kade," I whisper ,but she didn't answer me. Her soft breath hit my neck as she tightened her grip. She was asleep I think.

I run my hand threw her soft curls. She looks so peaceful. No worry in her eyes. Just the peace I wish she had all the time.

Her lips curl into a smile as she slept ,and I pull her closer. "I know you don't think of me as a mate. But I promise you... I will protect you. I'm not leaving."

Images flash in my head of the women I heard in the woods. I clutch Kade tighter. We finally get to breath in, and process what is going on. We're not going back out there anytime soon. Well wait until Alpha Micheal gets better before we do.

Kade isn't gonna like this. But I have to do what I thinks right.

She turns over and I lean back to let her. Between us a locket was laying. I pick it up looking at how beautiful it was. 'Laura' was sketched into the locket. I turn it over in my hand seeing symbols I recognized. It was in werewolf so obviously someone wanted this to be read only by higher ups.

'The blood of heritage can open the lock.' I look at Kade ,and I slowly put the locket in her pocket again. It was not of my business for why she had this so I will respect that.

I cuddle with her ,and slowly my eyes drift. Going into a deep... deep sleep.

(Kade's POV)

I run threw the woods coming up to a stone building. It was covered in moss ,and poison ivy. A wooden door was in the middle surrounded but broken windows. As I approach the building I kneel down ,picking up the glass shards on the ground. The first one I picked up was blue. I pick up another ,and it was yellow.

It clicked in my head that the glass was stained glass. The windows were long ,and wide. The building was tall with ,and tower on the top. I hear a bell ring ,and I jump the glass cutting me.

I hold pressure to it ,and I walk up to the door banging on it. A symbol was on the door. It was wrote in white chalk. I didn't know what the symbol meant ,but it looked familiar. I reach out to touch the chalk ,but as I do everything goes hazy.

I back away from the door ,and I hear a voice boom. "Unlock the power. But first unlock your memories." It was girl. She wasn't a little girl ,but she didn't sound like a women.

"Who are you?" I look around for the source of the voice. The building disappears ,and I'm surrounded by darkness. I breath heavily ,and a light flicks on. Only a singular one. I start to walk over to it. I was drawn to the light. The closer I got I saw what looked like a cradle.

I look at the cradle ,and it was quite old. It was collecting dust ,and a bump was under the sheets. I look at the craving on the rail. "'Laura'," I gasp as I say that name. I glance at the bottom of the cradle ,and I lean in. The suspense was great ,and just as I touch the sheet I jerk it off.

Before I could see anything the dream ends. I wake up sweating ,and out of breath. Blaze wakes up as well ,and he takes me in his arms. His voice was soothing ,but i was in fear.

I feel something run down my cheek ,and I wipe it away. I realize that I was crying. But for what?
