Chapter 7

JESS' POV

"Jess, I really need to talk to you" Louis said. "Make it quick, I'm going out with Ryan" I said. "It's time that you met me in real life" he blurted out. My mouth dropped open. "What?" I asked. " well, I can't get you myself cause I'm trapped in the world of the guardians. Some are released, after performing a certain task, so some of my friends are coming to guide you" Louis said. Suddenly the doorbell rung "gotta go, bye Louis, love you!" I said. "Love you?" Louis asked. "I mean, um, bye Louis" I hesitated.

LOUIS' POV

"Gotta go, bye Louis, love you!" Jess said running out of her bedroom. "Love you?" I asked. "I mean,um, bye Louis" Jess hesitated. I heard the front door shut close. Did Jess just say she loved me? Well, Um.

"Guys? When are you getting her?" I asked. "Soon Lou, be patient,"

"make sure you get the other one too" I said.

"Don't worry, I'll get both of them"

"Thanks" I said.

I decided I pay Jess a visit on her date. Her and the guy were laughing their heads off. The guy's phone lit up. "Hold on" he said looking at the message.

It read: dude, how's it going?

"Fine,"

"Is she actually buying it?"

"like a fish on a hook"

"Great,"

"How long does this bet gonna last?"

"Be patient, once we completely humiliate her next week, you're done with her"

"Sounds good"

"Where were we?" He asked Jess.

He was playing her! I have to tell Jess, before its too late. "Jess, it's important" I said. "I need to use the restroom" she said to the guy. "What do you want?" She asked, a bit angry. "Jess, he's using you" I said. "That's not true, he loves me, he kissed me the night of the dance" she argued. " Jess I'm not joking!" I said. "You're just jealous!" She shot. I stayed silent for a second. "I am not jealous!" I yelled. "Just stay out of it Louis!" She said. "I just don't Want to see you hurt" I said. "I'm done Louis," she said. "What?" I said. "Just get out of my life!" She yelled. "If that what you want" I said sadly.
