Chapter 15

Maddie's POV

I honestly couldn't keep a straight face. Yeah, I was screwing with Mitch, and I tried not to laugh. "I'm Mitch, Mitchell Hughes. Your friend."

I looked at Jerome for help, and I know that he knows that I'm lying. But that dirty little bacca didn't do anything.

"Mitch," Jerome poked his arm. This was the point when I couldn't help to laugh. My side did hurt from the blood surgery thing, and I think it's very unnatural to be this hyper after what just happened.

"I hate you." Mitch declared as Jerome started to cry from laughter.

"Did you see the look on your face?" Jerome said as he crawled out of the room.

"I hate you so much right now, Maddie." Mitch repeated.

"Boohoo." I did a fake pout and whipped fake tears.

"Why must you hurt me?" He said in a fake voice.

"Because, it's fu-" Mitch had sneaked up to me and kissed me. "W-Why did you do that?"

"Because I felt like I needed to." My arms were wrapped around his head and I saw someone out of the corner of my eye. She has blonde hair and either green or brown eyes, I can't really tell from this distance. Her phone was out and I heard a picture being taken.

"LILLY?" Mitch yelled and left the room.

Mitch's POV

"Cheater." She said in surly voice. I chased after her through the hospital, dodging patients and nurses. "Posting this on Twitter!"

"Please!"

"I. Am. Posting. It." She held her phone in two fingers and puffed her lips out. I got my opportunity and snatched it from her. "HEY!"

"Oh, what is this? Texting some guy named Derin?" I was stepping on a chair as she jumped to get her phone. "Is this him? The guy you are kissing in this picture?"

"It-It's my sister."

"You don't have a sister, Lilly. How about we not talk anymore and just say that this relationship never happened."

"Fine." She got her phone back and walked away.
